Добрый день. Расположение отеля далеко от центра, но недалеко от аэропорта. При этом остановки общественного транспорта рядом. Недалеко есть супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны. Шикарный, вкусный, мощный завтрак (разнообразный, хорошие и вкусные продукты). В отеле не все идеально, (пишу не чтоб пожаловаться, а чтоб руководство вложилось в новые кровати (наша поскрипывала) и матрасы, а мы с удовольствием к вам вернемся), но персонал очень старается. Персонал приветливый, вежливый, приятный, услужливый, на все наши просьбы отвечали «да». В отеле отличная сауна, можно прожариться до самых косточек, бассейн с прохладной водой, тренажерный зал, и это все бесплатно. Убирались каждый день, каждый день предоставляется вода, туалетные принадлежности, полотенца, новые простыни и т.д. Успехов вам и процветания!

Location is good and around there have many restaurants. The room is big and clean. Opposite side there is an exchange which is very convenient. In here, many thanks to the Reservation manager, KAIRAT, he is very kind and helpful. He helped us to arrange the multi days tour. The tour was very good. Another thing is, we have overbooked one more night after the tour and he helped us to cancel it without any additional charges.

Il personale era gentile e responsivo, il posto era perfetto, vicino al centro, centro commerciale, punto turistico e metro ecc.
