Di recente ho soggiornato al Novotel Almaty City Center e ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, il che rende facile esplorare la città. La vicinanza al Palazzo della Repubblica e alla stazione della metropolitana Abai è particolarmente comoda1. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e ben attrezzate con tutti i comfort necessari. Ho apprezzato il letto comodo e l'atmosfera tranquilla, che ha garantito una buona notte di sonno. Anche la vista dalla mia camera era piuttosto piacevole, offrendo un bel scorcio della città2. Lo staff del Novotel Almaty City Center è stato eccezionale. Sono stati cordiali, professionali e sempre pronti ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Le procedure di check-in e check-out sono state fluide ed efficienti2. Uno dei punti salienti del mio soggiorno è stata la colazione a buffet. Offriva un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni, soddisfacendo gusti e preferenze alimentari diversi. Anche l'atmosfera del ristorante era molto accogliente1. I comfort dell'hotel, tra cui il centro fitness, la piscina coperta e la sauna, erano di prim'ordine. È stato fantastico avere queste strutture a disposizione per rilassarsi e fare esercizio dopo una giornata di visite turistiche1. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente il Novotel Almaty City Center a chiunque visiti Almaty. Offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, una posizione privilegiata e un servizio eccezionale.

Nice location, staff is very supportive and good breakfast. One disappointment was description for room info indicated as king size bed where in it was actually a queen size.

Right next to the kok tobe sunset view point, downtown location and lots of restaurants and bars and cafes including Starbucks nearby Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

The pricing was way very high in terms of the type of property. The rooms were very small, and they were not flexible at all in putting the Sofa bed instead of chairs. The breakfast was pathetic. They were not cooperative at all in vegetarian breakfast.

Very small room actually.Looks definitely less then 25 m2 And the real size of the QUEEN BED IS LESS THEN 1.8m and it was 1.5.The bad was uncomfortable and the linen was not soft. Every day we need to ask 1 more overall for bathroom cuz everyday we has only one in my room.And the same story with teeth brush.The room was booked for 2 by the way. Staff is actually good and pleasant! The main disadvantage is SMALL BED and small room-very tine for two people (we are about 170 cm tall). The breakfast is nice. Actually this hotel is overpriced for that kind of room provided

Slightly overpriced hotel. Rooms are very basic, but good breakfasts! Room is slightly small and dull… Location wise, very strategic. Accessible to many shopping malls and activities.

good hotel, good location right next to the koktobe cable car. famous bla bla nightclub is 5 minute walking distance etc...
