屬於老久類的精品，12樓的套房很大，可以看山。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

設施：很普通，正常快捷酒店的標準。沒有健身房，由於衞生問題，也沒敢去泳池。隔音很一般
衞生：從小到大第一次去這麼臟的酒店。地上床上很多前顧客的頭髮。每天保潔來也不打掃乾淨，被子也是隨便給你一搭
環境：環境還可以吧，附近有一個麥當勞，位置較為市中心，去附近的地方比較方便。房間比較高，視野很好。
服務：前台的英文很差，不建議不會説俄語的人去。跟之前住的任何阿拉木圖比，早餐種類很少很少，沒什麼吃的。説要大床房就讓人把兩個床拼起來了…很荒謬的操作
總體來説，服務不及時不方便，環境也非常一般，衞生很差。如果資金足夠，建議大家入住其他酒店

Удобное местоположение отеля. Спокойно чисто красивый вид. Стеклянные лифт вид на город. Рядом есть ресторан Жан Плов Лагман. Данный отель удобно во всем. Добрый персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Советую всем данную отель. Цена тоже приемлемые.

Worst ever hotel in my life! Dirty,cold,rude staff, no English!! People there talk Chinese better than their own language! Breakfast is very dangerous, eggs too old ,spoiled cheese and fruits. Light was off many times! Our group were very disappointed! Never even think to go there.

Номер без окон, вообще нет естественного освещения, не номер, бункер получается или подвал! Попросил переселить, пообещали на следующий день пока я буду на выставке перенести мой чемодан в номер с окном, чемодан я собрал, но вот в другой номер меня не переселили, сказав, что у них на месяц уже все забронировано, хотя при наличии 14 этажей столько людей я в отеле не видел! Короче говоря, отель никуда не годиться! Я бы еще понял если бы они предупреждали о номерах-подвалах, но нет заселяют как в настоящий номер! Ноль заслуженная оценка данного заведения!
