I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

Il servizio di hotel e hotel è grande! Il servizio di parcheggio è terribile! Il desk front era estremamente bello e accogliente. Il servizio di parcheggio valet era di gran lunga il peggiore che abbia mai avuto nella mia vita. Senza salutare, disse con coraggio, che dovevamo andare a controllare prima di portare la macchina nel garage, ci ha buttato fuori dal garage, così ho fatto in fronte al desk, mentre la mia ragazza era in giro. Non molto finora, fino a quando non siamo tornati con il nostro biglietto di parcheggio pagato $30. Il valet ha detto che non possiamo parcheggiare lì, perché non c'è spazio. Ma abbiamo appena pagato il desk, giusto? Abbiamo poi detto che abbiamo pagato “perciò puoi parcheggiare la nostra auto? Il valletto ci dice: “L’hotel non ha nulla a che fare con questo parcheggio!” anche se il segno di entrata dice Hotel Indigo. Altri clienti nel parcheggio ci hanno detto di andare da qualche altra parte perché era terribile e brutto con loro. Così siamo andati in giro nel quartiere molto occupato e abbiamo trovato un sacco di $10 a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Abbiamo tornato a spiegare al divano di fronte cosa è successo e ci ha dato gentilmente una bottiglia di champagne e acqua e ha rimborsato il nostro parcheggio. Ha anche offerto colazione scontata E il suo parcheggio personale! Wow. Si è davvero preoccupata della soddisfazione dei clienti. Molto consiglia questo posto, ma parcheggia altrove!!!

Morrison House is an delightful boutique hotel, small enough that it feels like a hideaway. The area feels very safe for women traveling alone. There is an adorable courtyard entry with a fountain and double curving steps up to the the door. We stayed at the end of a week in DC, so we each had a large suitcase and a carry-on to haul awkwardly up the steps - maybe stay there when you are traveling more lightly. The front desk staff were adequately friendly. I am not disappointed in the service, but I did not have the outstanding experience that some reviewers have written about. We were upgraded to an Illustrator room, which is a corner room on a high floor. I found the room very clean and in good repair. The mattress was medium firmness and we slept well. The shower had good water pressure. We did not hear any noise from outside. Unfortunately it began to rain shortly after our arrival so we did not get a chance to explore the area. I did go downstairs for a complementary glass of wine. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. Be sure to note the square footage of the rooms. They are smaller than average rooms in a 4-star hotel. The room did feel small but I think it was due to the 8-foot ceiling because it did not feel cramped. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but like I mentioned above, we did sleep well. Parking is in an underground garage below the hotel. Our vehicle was parked for us but they do not have valet services.

La stanza era bella e comoda. Abbiamo amato la posizione. Ma abbiamo avuto una esperienza molto irritante con la nostra stanza. Noi abbiamo notato che il blocco di debolt non funzionava realmente sulla nostra porta. Mi piace usare questo per una protezione aggiuntiva. L'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno di 5 notti avevamo una donna che entrava nella nostra stanza mentre cercavamo di dormire a causa di un volo precoce la mattina seguente. Ha detto che era dispiaciuta di averci disturbato e che pensava che questa fosse la sua stanza, apparentemente, che lei l'aveva detto al divano e le hanno appena dato la chiave alla nostra stanza! ?? Non avreste almeno qualche identificazione o verifica che questa fosse la stanza giusta. Era molto inconveniente e ci siamo preoccupati della nostra sicurezza e siamo andati in fretta per il nostro volo. Anche alcune cose da sapere non c'è servizio giornaliero di cameriera, scambio di tovaglioli o riempimento di caffè e abbiamo dovuto chiedere carta da bagno.

Bueno recibi un upgrade de habitacion por mi hermana que tenia una tarjeta especial, en general es un hotel de linea clasica para larga estadia, es un Marriot Limpio el personal es amable y cortes. En especial la manager Pam, una persona muy simpatica, te da un trato especial te hace sentir como en casa, anecdota que fui a comprar queso en la noche y no tenian y muy amablemente me alcanzo unos de la cocina para yo tomar mi cafe con tostadas, son esos pequeños detalles, que hacen que la estadia sea perfecta.

Un po' vecchiotto, questa volta ho optato per il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni, e non era male vivere. Colpiti dall'epidemia, molti hotel di Meidi stanno un po' invecchiando e le buone colazioni sono sparite.

E'stata una esperienza miste, e dirò che sembra che Hilton non si stia di sopra a sostenere il suo personale in questo luogo. Il personale è meraviglioso - molto gentile, utile, e fare il meglio anche se sono limitati (suppongo) di essere brevemente impiegati e non avere le risorse finanziarie per curare cose che inevitabilmente hanno bisogno di correggere. C'erano alcune questioni di comunicazione intorno alla custodia, e poi ci sono stati molti snuffi che coinvolgono le carte chiave che non funzionavano, gli ascensori erano troppo lenti e forse alcuni non funzionavano, quindi hanno davvero causato alcune sfide. Infine, i locali di riunione non erano etichettati, quindi è stato difficile sapere quale workshop era in quale stanza! Hanno questi bellissimi display digitali con nessuna informazione, eccetto il nostro nome conferenza. E poi il servizio di cena della conferenza - mi sentivo davvero male per il personale, evidentemente non sono stati addestrato a curare coloro che hanno bisogno di cibo speciale. Qualcuno ha chiesto kosher, e hanno una cosa plastica contenuta con mela, arancione e banana! Quindi ....it era così. In una nota finale, posso dire positivamente che il caffè servito al caffè è FANTASTIC! Era forte, caldo, e delizioso. E i proprietari del caffè lavorano molto duramente per dare agli ospiti una grande esperienza, quindi incoraggio tutti a mettere bene. :)

Il servizio era molto veloce ed efficiente. Il colazione incluso era bello, comprendeva succo di banane, farina di avena, uova sgranate e salsa, muffin, bagagli, tostapane e cereali. I lavoratori erano molto disposti ad aiutare a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Il centro fitness era grande e pieno di attrezzature. Era un po' difficile maneggiare intorno alle strade per arrivare al Monte Vernon dall'hotel, molto facile perdere le turne principali. La stanza era pulita, grande e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Volevo la lozione corporea e mi hanno dato subito.
