Staff was very helpful in getting my son in his room late in the evening.

The service was very quick and efficient. The breakfast included was nice, it included bananas juice, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage, muffins, bagels, toast and cereal. The workers were very willing to help fill any needs of the customers. The fitness center was large and filled with plenty of equipment. It was a bit difficult manuvering around the roads to get to Mount Vernon from the hotel at first, very easy to miss the main turns. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. I wanted body lotion and they gave me that right away.

This was our first time staying in a Springhill Suites. The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The front desk staff answered all our transportation questions about getting around the area. Two draw backs. The shower door didn't seal all the way at the bottom corner and leaked on the floor a little. Not much of a problem if the matt was put in the right spot. The second drawback, there are two Springill Suites in Alexandria. When you search Springhill Suites the other location, with a pool, comes up first. This led me to thinking this location had a pool and it didn't. It is my fault for not checking the address and making sure. All in all, this was a nice place to stay. It was conveniently located near bus/metro transportation, a grocery store and restaurants.

Kianna was great providing a quick check in and food recommendations so we wouldn’t have to get back in the car after driving for hours. Every person I encountered was always friendly and helpful.

Pleasant staff. Room was always stocked. Breakfast was also staffed and refilled by nice staff.

The room was nice. However, it was like everyone there was getting high. The parking lot, elevators,and hallways all reeked of ****. When I mentioned this,twice, to the desk clerk they acted surprised and told me it was a drug free place. Then the internet went out for two days and the front desk clerk offered no help. Overall, unless you’re a stoner with a great data plan it’s really not the place to stay

The room were spotless and facilities were well-maintained. It’s my go-to spot traveling to DMV. Kianna provided exceptional customer service which surpassed my expectations. 10/10!

Prices were reasonable for a spacious room. Loved that they had a microwave w/ a fridge. Most hotels DON’T have microwaves.

The service was exceptional , the room , clean and comfortable .I will come back :)

The lighting situation was not convenient and charging $10 for parking was weird. It's in a suburban location.
