I booked this hotel in Altay , it’s very convenient to everywhere , and have different restaurants around , easy to find foods here, and hotel provide free shuttle bus to JiangJun Mountain and also airport / train station, the receptionist 亚亚 and 小吴 are very friendly and helpful so sweet, overall I enjoyed the stay

房間乾淨，有地暖和加濕器！不悶熱房間温度剛剛好！酒店每天都有專車接送雪場！好評！
房間貼心的準備好了泡腳盆和一次性膜，滑雪回去泡一個腳不要太舒服啦😌😌😌😌

房間免費升級了套房，裡間一大一小兩床，獨立衞浴，外間茶話室兩面窗視野極好。很大2間，暖氣很足，一個人住實在是破費了，有加濕器（超級點贊，南方小土豆到這裏乾死了！）
前台娜娜服務超棒，
酒店早餐也很棒，選擇空間很大，豆腐腦很好喝，其實酸奶更好，喝不下不。
我退房早，忘了還房卡，跟酒店打電話説了，並沒有扣我錢，反而歡迎我再來，有機會明年再住，感謝～
總之，很推薦哦～

房間衞生乾淨，有個泡腳桶，很不錯哦，累了正好泡一下。前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，住了個超大的家庭房！因為需要接機，提前聯繫了酒店，阿克妹妹熱情周到，給安排的妥妥當當的！！贊一個！！房間是地暖，好熱啊！！

位置挺好的，附近有商圈，樓下晚上也有好吃的牛肉麪。但很明顯，是接手or掛牌的酒店。所有的毛巾/消耗品都是另一個酒店的名字，並不是所顯示的“Melody·班的酒店”，所以整體房間風格比較混亂，温馨商務中式風招待所？大概是這麼個感受。整體體驗感也還湊合，衞生間的馬桶和淋浴間..位置佈局有點兒擁擠。最不滿意的地方是，毛巾太破爛咯，有毛邊/破洞。該換了。

回頭客再次預訂還是有很多驚喜，一是酒店提供了接送機服務，七座商務很豪華乾淨，之前也是衝著芳華有接送機選了芳華。二是酒店早餐很好，本來也不抱希望隨便一個人先去吃的，發現不錯就讓室友也來吃，正好隔壁桌也在打電話説早餐很好，讓同信的人下來吃。沖這一點就又續住了一晚，布爾津減少一晚。其他的房間衞生，工作人員態度親切一如既往，總之，很推薦來這邊住。

環境：環境非常好，雖然入住的時候很晚才到，但是辦理入住都很順利
阿克的服務也非常的熱心周到
阿勒泰機場來回接送:第二天趕機酒店有接送服務，這個對出差旅遊的朋友簡直太好了，衹需要提前一天預訂就行，去機場也很快。
