1. 服務暖心，細節滿分 入住體驗超棒！從前台熱情辦理入住，到客房服務貼心準備的歡迎水果，處處都感受到用心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果極佳，一覺睡到天亮。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。

總體比較滿意，旁邊有個小公園可以逛逛，還有一條河，早上起來在河邊走一走，聽聽河水緩緩流動的聲音非常解壓，周邊生活設施齊全，地理位置是不錯的，停車方便

酒店地理位置非常好，去哪都方便。服務更好，前台一個小夥子提前加了微信，辦理了入住 安排了視野很好的房間，有什麼問題都及時幫忙溝通。為兩個長者選擇這個酒店非常放心。

我出門去阿勒泰培訓，都訂他們家酒店，環境也好，房間特別乾淨，床也特別舒服，枕頭也舒服，日後繼續訂他們家的。

這次的入住體驗非常好，酒店一進門，就能感受到那種温馨又高雅的氛圍，裝修風格簡約又不失格調。酒店離雪場非常近，前台還可以提供保存雪具服務。酒店房間打掃得超乾淨，床鋪舒適，晚上睡得特別香，房間還做到乾濕分離，小度還能提供語音服務，體驗感真的好。前台的工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住很快，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。下次來這邊無論旅遊還是滑雪，肯定還選這家！

入住體驗超讚，前台服務迅速周到熱情，房間大采光好，送水貼心，酒店真心不錯哦！退房延時了，行李很多還有兩位前台小姐姐主動幫忙拿，真是太感謝了！每天早上坐司機師傅免費班車準時去雪場，下午打車回來也就十塊錢，附近吃的特別多，下個雪季還來！（早餐也不錯如圖

我們坐火車早上七點多到酒店，訂了當晚的房間所以打算先把行李寄存，結果前台提早給我們入住房間，真的太太太驚喜了。房間整體都很滿意，早餐選擇中規中矩，酒店有專車接送到將軍山雪場 （有指定時間)，雖然中間發生了一些不愉快的事情，但酒店員工有及時處理，接送的司機也很好，所以整體的體驗是很好的。

房間蠻大的，就是窗户小點，不過沒所謂反正也沒啥景。酒店去雪場很方便，在大廳看出去就能看到將軍山的滑道，而且酒店有免費車送，雖然我沒坐過，因為我喜歡走路。一公里範圍內有駝峯山旅遊區，可以看到阿勒泰➕將軍山在一起的景。還有俄羅斯風情街，很多吃的。

โรงแรมดีมากๆเลยค่ะ มีครบทุกอย่าง ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานที่เล่นสกี ร้านขายของ และร้านอาหาร พนักงานทุกคนน่ารัก สุภาพ บริการดี แม่บ้านน่ารัก คนขับรถน่ารัก รัก Altay มากๆ 🩵🩵🩵 มีโอกาสจะกลับมาอีกให้ได้และพักที่นี่ค่ะ Ps. อาหารเช้าฟรี ทานง่าย โยเกิร์ตที่นี่อร่อย ชอบทานมันฝรั่งผัดเนื้อค่ะ 😊

極力推薦這家酒店，乾淨衞生，全屋地暖，熱水充足，走道都有暖氣，非常舒適！！房間內可以同時打開兩個大行李箱，和放雪板。前台保安保潔都服務很熱心和禮貌，雪板可以直接寄到酒店和寄回家。早上有大約三四趟班車去雪場，趕不上的話打車約10元左右。周邊也安全，銀行，派出所都在旁邊。唯一就是早餐一般般，每人35元。
