Hotel in zona Phil Chacon Park South, Albuquerque

Grande luogo per soggiornare - comodo letto e cuscini. Check in staff era fantastico- cameriera al ristorante ha fornito una grande esperienza clienti. Grande vista- gode di vedere una tempesta invernale passando - nuvole pesanti attorno alle montagne Sandia.

Il personale era molto cordiale, l'hotel era molto pulito, la sicurezza era molto attenta, la colazione era fantastica?

Questa pratica è conveniente, il prezzo è molto alto, e vive in questa città ogni volta che vai.Se sei auto-auto, sei particolarmente conveniente, pochi minuti da dirlo.Il colazione è anche soddisfatto delle caratteristiche mexicane.

A knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

Tuttavia, una volta entrato nella parte principale dell'hotel, il tappeto di strada è usato, la decorazione è antiquata, e l'ascensore è piccolo e non invitante. Avrei potuto guardare in passato, tranne che usassi un camminatore e avessimo una sedia a rotelle sul nostro bagaglio e ci siamo messi quasi alla fine del secondo piano (la nostra colpa non era di chiedere specificamente una stanza accessibile per disabili, Ma con l'hotel quasi vuoto non sarebbe mai successo!). La stanza stessa era buona, le letti sono comodi, ma tutto sembra un po' datato. La sedia di tessuto nella stanza aveva qualcosa di nero che si sconvolgeva sul braccio, e il nostro bagno era assolutamente disgustoso; sembrava letteralmente che fosse stato gettato un asciugamano. Avrei dovuto lamentarmi e insistere per essere trasferiti, ma siamo stati solo lì una notte. L'hotel è meno di 5 minuti dall'aeroporto, e camminare a distanza da un Applebee, quindi questi sono stati positivi. Mio marito usava punti per prenotare questo hotel, così ovviamente siamo frequenti utenti di Marriott, quindi avrei aspettato meglio. Ci sono molti altri hotel scelte tutto entro un raggio di un chilometro, quindi probabilmente avrei scelto qualcos'altro la prossima volta!

Cinque minuti di auto da aeroporto, un autobus viene all'aeroporto ogni mezz'ora, e deve essere prenotato in anticipo.La stanza è pulita e pulita, adatto per il passeggero dell'aereo.

La stanza dell'hotel è una suite, e lo spazio è molto comodo.La colazione è simile al livello di Hanting, e la varietà non può mangiare cibo.Non c'è navetta dall'aeroporto, ma c'è una navetta vicino alla corte e ci sono altri due passi.

The room that we had was a king room. The room was clean but very tiny. The shower was also clean but tiny. The breakfast was the usual fare and was well stocked. Was a fine stay for one night but would need a larger room for a longer stay.
