Room was dirty, trash in trash can, floor didn't look mopped. Bed was a mess and crumbs under blanket on sheets. When brought to staffs attention he acted like it was no big deal.Said sorry and walked away. And we needed another 2 pillows and they could only find one. So one out of 6 of us literally had to use a sweatshirt for a pillow. Staff walking around property without shoes on. If they would of refunded my money I definitely would of went and stayed elsewhere.

My wife and I and 2 kids stayed for a volleyball tournament in Albuquerque. Upon check-in, the room had only 2 towels and no blankets for the sofa bed. The toilet is loose and will likely come off the ring. The shower has been remodeled, but the water does not get over lukewarm. There are no places in the shower to put shampoo soap, etc. The paint on the back of bathroom door was spill over from the wall. The shampoo and soap is enough for a single person to take 1 shower. When we asked for more towels and a blanket from the front desk, they had none. Our son slept without a blanket. The chairs are dirty with food on the seat. The ironing board has caked-on food. Several outlets were not working. The pool key card access does not work. Other hotel guests had to open the door to get in and eventually people opened the door with a trash can. Water in pool was freezing. Hot tub jets did not work. Lights in the back half of the pool did not work making it a safety issue and difficult to see. There were no towels in the pool, so we had to take the two towels we had from the room. Kids were running around slamming doors late through the night. You can hear neighbors arguing, because the walls are thin. Finally, when we asked if more towels were available in the morning, we were told that they were completely out and that we would have to wait until housekeeping came in at 9 (11am check out) to see if they could clean some. They did tell us they had blankets in morning …

Upon our check-in we noticed that the toilet was leaking. Front desk was notified of this issue and instead of moving that night when it was brought to their attention, the moved me the next day. When we changed rooms, the new room wasn’t cleaned all too well. My daughter noticed syrup on the counter and floor. Again, front desk was notified and the gentleman at the desk said he would write it in his book and have housekeeping clean the room. We left for the day for a trip to the university and when we returned the syrup residue was still there! Pictures were taken and I again went to the front desk, spoke to the same gentleman as the morning and questioned me if I was sure that housekeeping didn’t clean. Pictures were taken for proof, he didn’t want to see them. I called the customer relations number and the hotel manager was notified.

There was only one way to enter the property which was kind of inconvenient. The staff barely spoke to anyone. The indoor pool area lacked lighting for swimming and the jacuzzi was out of order. The room was clean and ready for an extended stay (small kitchenette area) but the stove top didn't work. The breakfast served was good and the area was decent, would stay again.

This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The room we booked online wasn't even available . . so the guy at the front at least comp'd us an additional room. One of the rooms had broken mirrors, the other had a leaky toilet, both rooms were not fully cleaned, the pool had broken lights & hot tub wasn't functioning. Will never stay at a Quality Suites again!

My wife and I needed a clean, quiet, safe, comfortable room for a night. It needed to be inexpensive and near the VA hospital. This accommodation filled those needs. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean, well-furnished rooms. The refrigerator, microwave oven and TV's all worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a surprise! It was nutritious, delicious, and had many choices--as good or better than other establishments for which I paid much more. Cons: The location of my suite was in a very noisy area of the building. There was too much banging on the walls and in the halls--even way past normal bed-time. There was, also, loud shouting in the halls with children running, playing and calling to each other. The toilet did not even flush the water and paper well. The shower base was not caulked in properly. I was afraid it would leak onto the floor or to lower levels. I would stay there again after a discussion with management to overcome the "cons" listed above. The beds and bedding were very good and the other furnishings were nice, convenient and functional.

Our sheets were dirty when we checked in. We told housekeeping twice and nothing was done. The front desk guy gave us 2 fitted sheets and thats it. We were also told 1 set of towels was enough for 4 people. We actually had to go buy our own towels just to take a shower. The indoor pool was filthy.
