Hotel in zona Big Lots, Albuquerque

Il cibo era catturato e andato e allergico al cipolle e al frutto di barbabietole era, un un non soddisfacente pezzo di frutta e caffè. Non sono sicuro perché non hanno cambiato il frutto di nuovo alle waffle. Il personale del desk era carino e amichevole, le tovaglie erano molto morbide, fluffy e quasi completamente senza scena, la zona della piscina era scarsamente luminosa e sembrava un buon istituto per un omicidio. Il tubo caldo aveva solo un jet, ma almeno l'acqua era calda. Mi sorprendeva che avessero una sauna che funzionava bene. We booked the spot because it seemed affordable and the pictures made it seem like a modest, but comfortable, stay. I don't know where they got the pictures we saw online but they didn't match the room at all. The first sign that things were a little off should have been the graffiti on all the lamp posts in the parking lot. I was apprehensive but we went ahead and paid for the room, when we got to the room it was way worse than I could have expected. There were no towels, a tiny bit of toilet paper was left on the roll with no new toilet paper. There was clearly water damage in the bathroom and the room smelled like a disgusting mix of ********/tobacco. We've staying in filthy places before but the deal breaker was the state of the bed, particularly the handprint still on the sheet. Along with the handprint that prompted a is that a blood stain or fresh makeup argument, there were holes and stains both old and new on the bedspread. There was no chance that we were going to stay there a second more than the 25 minutes we were actually in the room. The woman at the desk did offer to put us in another room, i guess that's the only good part, but no thank you. They didn't refund any of the money, I mean the odds where as close to zero as it gets, so you've been warned.

Le camere sono relativamente basilari ho dovuto sperimentare quelle con una camera da bagno aggiornata e quelle senza. La palestra è molto scarsamente brillante e la piscina è ancora più così. Il personale è colpito o mancato. Alcuni erano gentili e attenti, altri non erano. È certamente la costruzione che sta avvenendo, quindi ci sono i suoni di ciò che accade in tutto l'hotel. Tutto era grande. Grazie ai custodi della casa. Il desk front è pulito. La signora notturna era eccezionale, come. Era tutto il personale. Pros: Room was nice, spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable! Breakfast was pretty standard Holiday Inn breakfast foods, well stocked and plenty of seating. Room was nice and cool. Cons: Hallways smelled like a farm and too warm for comfort. Front desk staff was rather rude when we called to ask for bedding for the sofa bed to be brought up, we were informed we had to go down and pick it up ourselves and they never put it in the room. We also weren’t supplied with enough shower towels for the people we had in the room, so we had to go get more of those too. Location was in a little bit of a sketchy area, but the parking lot was well lit. Overall good stay.
