Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in The staff were actually embarrassed to work there Vile rooms disgusting dirty smelly and should be shut down I feel sorry if any one goes just glad we didn't have kids with us Shut this place now

We book this through a travel website and not not checked the review, big mistake. Airconditioning in room has not worked in years, after 3 nights we were given a portable air conditioning unit, which on account of noise had to turn off at night. No food on offer except breakfast. Breakfast was ok 5 out of 7 days. Other days cold. Scrambled eggs could not be eaten as too hard. Selection was small. No choclate spread for children pancakes, and one morning pancakes were hard. We had not hot water for 3 days, on second day we were offered the use of a shower in another room. Not ideal. Picture that are up on the website must be of 10 years ago at least. Place is really run down now. No fire doors are kept closed. On a good note pools seem good, area around them could do with a clean. Also close to beach. Not a great hotel overall for family with young kids. Overall 2 star experience

Il resort è bellissimo, tante piscine, i giardini hanno una varietà di piante e il personale si prende molta cura di mantenerlo in perfetta forma. Il personale della reception è abbastanza gentile e alcuni parlano molto bene l'inglese, ma la sala da pranzo è diversa. Il cibo al The Palm è buono, la colazione a buffet vale 12 euro. C'è una ripida collina per raggiungere la strada principale, quindi indossa scarpe da passeggio adeguate. Nel complesso, consiglierei questo Resort soprattutto se si tratta di utilizzare la piscina e l'attività. Febbraio/marzo è pre-stagione quindi non posso commentare di più.

Quando le recensioni sono divise in estremi... vedrò perché vado. Le strutture e i servizi sono buoni. Lavanderia (la performance è giovane) nella piscina sono liberi di usare per la sauna spa, e la struttura è unica, ma va bene se si adatta (1, 8° piano, 2 trasferimenti Elba, ecc.) Non riuscivamo a trovare la strada per taxi, quindi abbiamo trascinato il portatore sulla collina, e la ricezione sul primo piano è sul lato di marcia. E' gentile, ma l'ho chiamato due volte per il fallimento del condizionatore d'aria, ma non sono venuto e mi sono arreso. Questo è nel centro della città antica, in realtà, l'ho prenotato guardando la posizione, ma è nel centro della strada del club, quindi anche se siete all'ostello, è il piede di rimanere al concerto tutta la notte. Dovresti godere di questo rumore come espressione di revisione straniera. È ambiguo viaggiare in tutto il mondo. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ La colazione non è male, ma è solo ambiguo .... Per quanto riguarda la persona, è Al Buffet, quindi è meno rumoroso e bello se non è solo questa strada !!

Siamo felici di aver prenotato questo hotel. La vista sulla spiaggia era eccezionale e notevole. Non dirlo di essere un'ottima posizione dove la vecchia città, la strada cobbled è proprio davanti all'hotel. Abbiamo goduto in particolare del colazione dove hanno offerto grandi scelte e in effetti uno dei migliori colazione che abbiamo provato durante il nostro viaggio in Portogallo. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole, soprattutto quello del ristorante, tranne il personale di servizio che si rifiuta di darci un'acqua potabile supplementare la mattina prossima, anche prima di andare a casa.

L'hotel è ben posizionato dal centro all'hotel, potete prendere l'autobus della linea 02, ci vogliono solo 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro, sono 20 minuti a piedi. Gli addetti alla reception sono molto attenti, sono arrivato presto e mi hanno permesso di lasciare lo zaino per godermi la giornata anche al momento del check out. Camera e bagni puliti e organizzati Colazione semplice ma per il prezzo ne vale la pena. Piscina con una vista incredibile L'addetto alla reception Thayny, scusa, ho sbagliato il nome lol, molto gentile ed educato. Tornerò sicuramente...

To say this place was awful is all I can do after my personal experience there recently, I certainly would never book to stay there again or recommend it. I booked a double room in their Guest House part of the complex. * The Reception is only open certain hours. You are supposed to be able to contact them outside those hours but I had to call them a couple of times and got no answer or help. It’s really impersonal and there’s no one around when you need them. * There is no facility to make hot drinks in your room. There was a bottle of water. You have to go to the breakfast room where a vending machine serves terrible quality drinks. You don’t want to have to walk around the hotel first thing in the morning to get hot drinks. *Room 521 was right by the door into reception and was noisy all night with people banging through into the corridor to get to their rooms. * The space immediately outside of the double windows in my room opened out on to the terrace for people sitting having breakfast. This was horrible and gave no privacy into the room at all. Thankfully it was raining but had it been sunny I would have had people sitting right up by my only window in the room. * They have waterproof mattress protectors on the bed which made it feel like you were sleeping wrapped in tin foil it was so hot and it crackled loudly every time you moved. * Pillows were either absolutely enormous and too big to put your head on or so flat and small they were useless. * No bathmat provided for the floor while showering, bit of a safety concern and I had to use a pool towel. No where to hang towels in the bathroom when you’ve used them…it was all just lacking in thought. * No waste bin in the bedroom * Horrid yellow lights in the room * It’s very dark and depressing inside. * Bright light over the door to highlight where the door was in the night but it lit the room up through the night making it hard to ignore and sleep. * Breakfast is only available from 8.30am which is very late. It was poor, stale bread and dirty jars with cereal in with a very poor selection of foods. Overall this was poor quality, grim and depressing and absolutely not worth the cost.

At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Firstly, this place needs more than 5 stars, easily 10 stars minimum. Apologies for the long review, but it's hard not to say so much So lets begin... From the moment I stepped out of my transfer and layed eyes on this beautiful and absolutely stunning hotel, I knew I chose the perfect place to stay during my little solo relaxing getaway. I then walked into the main lobby of the hotel and again WOW! Stunned by the beauty of the reception area, but then I was graciously welcomed as I arrived, which made me even more so happy of choice of stay. The beautiful lady at reception was just so warm and welcoming, making me instantly feel at home. Once she checked me in, I was offered leaflets that were very helpful in activities whilst I'm here and other necessary information. I then proceeded to my room and continued to be stunned from the beauty of the rest of the hotel. It is a 4 star hotel but my personal opinion should easily be a 5 star with the amount of care and how much they do for you the definitely what feels like they go the ends of the earth and back to make you feel welcomed and just important ☺️. After that the lounge area for sunbathing, the swimming pool, the restaurant/ bar stunning, then they have a relaxation sections where you can do and relax with a book or something, they also have a meeting area if your a business on stay. Then you have the spa area from all massage rooms to steam and sweat rooms, then a small but great little gym to work out in. The rooms WOW! So as I came in, I switched on the TV, and there was a greeting screen saying, ”Welcome in Portuguese and with my name. Again, stunning, absolutely amazing, comfy, and spacious for just me. I have been sleeping in a king-size bed with fluffy and melt in your head pillows, and I have never felt relaxation like this before. Now food breakfast, let's start there incredible a all you can eat ranging from all types of cereals, oats, granola and museil to mixed nuts, then you have a section for continental food such as pastries, pancakes, mini donuts to chocolate covered ones (each day different), then you have hot food proper crispy bacon, Sausages, 3 types of different eggs, beans, cheese topped tomatoes, beans etc you get the idea. Then, the machine has freshly squeezed jucies to a lovely coffee machine and other hot beverages. Then we have the evening meals and wow again incredible and so tasty 3 course meals every night whilst waiting for your meal you are given a small taste bread board. The presentation for everything is amazing and eye worthy. What I truly like is that it's open to the public. Also, whether you're a guest or not, you can enjoy a spectacular breakfast, lunch menu, and evening meal. And to finally top it all off with my stay here I came to Portugal to not only relax and sightsee but to celebrate my birthday and not only did the staff wish me a happy birthday which I thought was so lovely of them but they also then when I c
