We spent two enjoyable nights in this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - definitely ‘going the extra mile’ which was much appreciated. Brilliant location - just a short walk to Albi’s stunning Cathedral of Saint Cecilia.

This is a great family run hotel with great staff. We stayed 2?weeks in a junior suite at very reasonable rate. Room was very comfortable and well appointed and maintained. Breakfasts were very good and abundant. Loved location as very quiet with great garden yet very close to everything in the center. Stay here, it’s great.

We stayed here with an Insight Vacations bus tour. The hotel decor is very dated, but I did enjoy our green and hot pink curtains, which much be Lilly Pulitzer; ) Our room was large, with a kitchenette. There was no air conditioning, but you can open the the window and lower a metal screen to keep bugs out. The garden was a disappointment, with weeds and mosquitoes. There is a great restaurant a few blocks south called L'Épicurien. A laundromat is a few blocks north. Breakfast at the hotel was limited.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! Perfect location, central to everything. The staff were charming and very helpful. The rooms were decorated well, very comfortable, and very generous. Would definitely go back again!

We recently stayed for 3 nights in this hotel as part of a group of 20 people. It was clean and comfortable and away from the 'bright lights' and noise of the town centre yet within easy walking distance. This establishment, along with all others I suspect, is suffering from lack of staff. We had dinner provided on our first night only (probably due to late arrival) and that was 'catered in'...not gourmet food but quite edible. Reception was 'manned' in that there was someone in the office usually during the day, but after around 7 p.m. (and during a couple of hours mid-day) access into the hotel was through the 'night entrance', which was entered through a code provided with the key. The staff were extremely pleasant. Breakfast was basic. There was no bar but we could order wine/beer at dinner. We asked for 2 glasses of wine. The waitress poured around 70 ml into each glass and we assumed that the 'rest' of a 'normal' (175 ml) glass would be provided later. But no, and we were charged 4 euros each, dropped to 3 euros on complaining. This was the only poor service received and the accommodation was adequate for our needs. The town centre - of hugely signficant interest and containing many restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros - was a short walk away and there were shops and supermarkets close by. There is a pleasant sun room at the back of the foyer and a little garden.

Super accueil, belle chambre, meubles anciens chaleureux un peu partout. Enfin plus de plastic ou formica comme ailleurs. Belle nuit confortable, un joli canapé, manque une petite table avec une lampe de lecture. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Très bon service, équipe agréable, hôtel spacieux avec décoration mêlant un côté vintage et moderne. Bonne literie, grande chambre, idéalement situé, je n’ai pas pu tester le petit déjeuner. Rien à dire de plus, de passage pour la nuit sur Albi.

Hôtel avec une position centrale, tout le centre touristique accessible à pied; chambre tranquille, pas de nuisances sonores la nuit . Très bon accueil, cadre sympa , déco chic à l'ancienne, magnifique jardin et véranda. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Personnel attentionné et aux petits soins pour mes demandes particulières. Très bon confort de la literie, hôtel de charme à l'ancienne. Dommage pour les déplacements professionnels que le petit déjeuner ne démarre qu'à 7h30.

Hôtel familiale avec une ambiance chaleureuse. L'accueil est très agréable et on y dort bien. Le parking est bien pratique et pas très cher même avec le supplément pour la recharge de notre voiture électrique. La déco est originale jusque dans l'entrée de nuit avec des menus d'un peu partout ! On reviendra :)

Idéalement placé dans une rue parfaitement calme cet hôtel a le charme de l'ancien face aux chaines plus impersonnelles. pour autant le confort est tout à fait satisfaisant et l'accueil sympathique. Attention à ne pas arriver trop tard, il faut absolument prévenir.

Bien placé, parking sécurisé ( 15 E ). chambres nickel. ascenseur. petit déjeuner classique. Personnel tres aimable. Il faut que j'ajoute des qualités a cet hôtel pour écrire 200 lettres. pas de reproche particulier a faire.
