Is a decent hotel located in downtown Albany. Is convenient for an overnight stop over. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory. Bed is comfortable.

床很舒服，早餐一般，步行可選擇的餐館不多，但是州議會大樓，步行10幾分鐘可達。遇到的服務人員也都很nice,。

房間空調效果不好，冬天很冷，且空調聲音很大。房間隔音效果也不太好，隔壁房間講話的聲音非常清楚。 The air conditioning of the room is not good, it is very cold in winter, and the air conditioning is very loud. The sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the voice of the next room is very clear.

酒店位於高架橋附近，但沒有噪音。房間內沒有拖鞋、牙刷、瓶裝水，比較環保，但對國內人來説比較簡陋。不要奢望美國的Hyatt和國內一樣。感覺是國內三星標準。

早餐豐盛。酒店不支持現金付款按金，農行的VISA沒有刷卡成功，好在酒店經理很友好，給免了按金。酒店周邊很多美麗的教堂，步行十分鐘還可以參觀slater驅逐艦公園。

新酒店，位置晚上出來好像不方便

This hotel stay was awesome! Big, cozy room. Free breakfast buffet. Bar/restaurant & Starbucks available. The front desk staff were really awesome. In fact, all the staff were so kind & helpful! Would happily stay here again.

Modern property. Cleanest hotel I’ve been in. Looks brand new. Staff amazing and helpful. Great experience. Was there for U Albany baseball game

Staff was friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was excellent A . The hotel offered no parking which was an unwanted surprise especially since I had called in advance to ensure parking for my vehicle. Some directions to locate the lobby would be helpful upon arrival.

Our room was not ready over an hour after check-in but since we were in no rush to get anywhere, we decided to grab a drink and relax by the fire. The manager comp'd us our drinks because of the wait. The hotel is relatively new and well kept. Breakfast is included and while not super robust, does the trick. Parking is not included, but the parking garage was relatively reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel(new & only opened a few months ago). It was clean and comfortable but lacked some basics(refrigerator didn’t work & shower soap not replenished). Staff was super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

The hotel was clean & had a nice vibe. The gym was excellent. I would improve wayfinding for parking to check-in & to locate lobby. Make signs for temporary parking bigger so you can see them on pulling up.,

Nice location , new hotel , breakfast not much variety but good. No parking at hotel but option around at a fee or street parking is free after 5 and weekends. Nice view of the city.
