Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. They only gave you 2 towels for 4 ppl. Roaches in our room. No heat all weekend. And all that they had on beds were sheets and no blankets.

This was not the pictures I see on here! People actually live here smh.. I need a refund for this!

The room smelled like smoke, my baby has allergies and the room was not clean. We DID NOT STAY & I will never use your us.trip.com service again!

Terrible place rooms not clean and a bad drug area

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING!! Dirty, smelly, lamps all broke, fast food trash left in drawers, desk drawer full of ashes and a joint roach. NONE of the amenities they advertise. Part of the second floor ceiling is falling down, mold on outside of building, trash bags all over parking lot. Really disappointed that Wyndham has a hotel like this!!!

Please please please don’t say this hotel is disgusting. People don’t come in and clean the room roaches in the bathroom Internet don’t work. They lied about the breakfast. They lied about the pool The shower was dirty

This is hotel is a dump. It looks like a crack house. Staff are very rude. Unkept washrooms. Not clean at all Lot's of suspect activity around hotel. I had to go to another hotel. They would not refund my money. If I were you I would not come. DO NOT STAY HERE

I don't know why there was a 5 star from this place but maybe because it was on its glory days. But I tell you. Rooms are not well cleaned. Dust and stains from previous stayers are still there and I highly doubt that beddings and comforters are changed unless it is really visibly soiled, we got a soiled comforter but was just turned upside down for a reuse. Don't get room assigned on the building. I could attest what other comments are saying that it is a place where a shootout could happen anytime. Non-smoking rooms are being smoked at and it reaches our room. Loud noise from fighting and s3x.anything a ghetto place environment could happen is happening here. Tried to complain on the front desk but to no avail. Wyndham should pull out there name or it would stain their days in brand. Other days inn are pretty nice. This is a traumatic place. Defined don't bring your kids here. They don't have a breakfast area so for sure the breakfast they offer is only the granola bars that I see near the front desk.

It was just an awful experience there with very dirty room with no smoke alarm and mold in the bathroom and just very run down and not kept up at all and there was no breakfast due to Renovations the sign said

Horrible. Roaches and other bugs. Shower rod was barely hanging on the wooden blocks that were falling from the wall. Light shades were broken. Outlets didn’t work. Ceiling was falling apart in pieces. Gun shots from neighborhood. Smell of **** from most of the rooms. Locks didn’t work. Overall I expected more from a Wyndham hotel.

Dirty. Rundown. No breakfast, couldn't get a licence. No toilet paper. Stay away I used Priceline and couldn't get my money back. Was 74 dollars but later saw the same room for 54. Went to La Quinta down the road. Was much better for 85. Wish Priceline would not include this Hotel on their site.

The organisation at check in was abysmal, the decor of the corridors was very tired and dirty. And the rooms smelt of disgusting damp, which we could still smell in our clothes two days later. Breakfast was a joke, all food stuff was of poor quality

Horrible. Mold on bathroom wall, bathroom door does not close due to warping, no coffee-maker in room, no breakfast at all despite online advertising. Reserved a room for disabled persons and they did not have it for me.

This motel is a real dump, it is in need of many repairs. The beds are completely worn, have well passed their usefulness. The room was very dirty, especially the shower, tub, and toilet bowl. You have been warned, stay at your own risk.
