Hotel in zona मक्रिमादा, Alappuzha

We arrived via the House boat (Our own) and reached their docking area. there was no one to greet or assist us and had to search for the reception on our own. I would suggest if you have a boat docking area keep a guard or close it . we then searching reached the reception and no one was there and when they came everyone was confused and surprised. We then entered our rooms which looked nice from the outside but not properly cleaned inside. 1. my brother upon entering the bathroom found Human hair 2. The duvet was stained badly 3. I went for a swimming to the swimming pool there was no pool attendant and this was around 6:30 pm while the pool closure is at 8 pm, only later did someone come and again dissappear even when there were guests around, there are also a lot of mosquitoes around the pool so please take care 4. The food is pathetic, we ordered for Appam and stew and when the order came there was only appam and no stew, then finally after waiting and calling twice to IRD who were clueless the stew came and what a shock the stew was salty, imagine ordering a Kerala dish in Kerala and being so disappointed by it. we also ordered Prawns which were also Salty but we had to eat it all as we were super hungry and would not want to wait again for further disappointments. I was lucky to buy a banana chips packet which became my saving grace. There was 1 thing which really concerned me, my brother ordered for Bottles of wine (3 different times) and when the associate came with these bottles he insisted for it to be paid on the spot and said cannot post in the room which we found really strange. my friend then said will do a gpay to which the person said to gpay his personal account ... I mean is this how team members work or is it a policy? I being a hotelier was shocked at this as any outlet in a property must post the charges to the room or at least present a valid bill which was not done at the time. I am really happy that we only booked this place for a layover or would have regretted it for a long time.

I would have rated this property 200 out of 100 if that was possible. This homestay is a beautiful serene property amid lush of green. The owner of the homestay is so welcoming and courteous that you would feel that you are staying in your grandparents' house. We reached the homestay around 6:30 am in the morning and he was waiting for us at the entrance. The dos a made in the breakfast was extremely delicious. Uncle (this is what i was calling the owner) arranged artificial rain ***** with rainbow around 10 am in the morning with the song of our choice playing in the background. The entire garden was looking even more beautiful with the artificial rain. There is a place in the garden where you can sit, relax and have your morning tea. My mom liked the property so much that she was asking me to extend the stay over there. Locationwise also, it is only 4 km from beach and railway station. You can take an auto and reach either beach or station in 10-12 minutes and the auto charge is around rs. 100. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone who is planning to visit alleppey.

Aveva una esperienza di soggiorno medio. . La proprietà non ha una spiaggia privata. Ma è solo 2 minuti a piedi. . Opzioni alimentari molto limitate e piatti devono essere prenotati in anticipo perché ci vuole tempo per preparare. Piscina non sembrava molto pulita. Non abbiamo visto alcuna sicurezza alla porta durante la notte, un po' spaventosa, perché i dipendenti rimangono al retro del resort.La proprietà è piccola e non ha nessun altro attrezzamento che una piscina.

We had a nice one day short stay at Marari Beach Resorts during my annual vacation. Wonderfull location and fantastic ambience. Breakfast which was included in the package had a wide spread and very nice. Restaurant serves mainly authentic Kerala cousine . We tried Kerala Kozhi curry and Panni piralan ***** with Wheat Paratha which was very tasty. Staff was very cooperative and helping. My wife developed severe migraine in night and they took the pain of getting the the tablet we requested in the late night hours. Beach is just outside the compound and very clean.Being a deep beach we not recommended to get into water Evening tea was seved in the garden prepared in the traditional mobile chaya kada with banana fritters and cake which was complimentary from the resorts. We felt restaurant was little overpriced. Overall a memorable experience and would recommend to visit
