Lake Canopy During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a few challenges that I believe could be improved upon for a better guest experience. Firstly, the bathroom facilities were not up to the mark. The hot water supply in the shower was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold every 1-2 minutes. This made it inconvenient to wait for hot water during my showers, especially during the monsoon and winter seasons. Additionally, the basin did not have a hot water system at all, which was disappointing. Furthermore, during my 2-night, 3-day stay, I had to change rooms three times due to various issues. The first room had a leaking ceiling, which resulted in water seeping into the bedroom due to rain. The second room did not have the promised lake view, and I was surprised that the hotel still charged for the room. The third room had a noisy fan that made it difficult to sleep. In addition, I found the buffet options to be limited, and the service was slow during peak times. The gym also had limited equipment, leading to wait times for certain machines. The hotel's bicycle provided for activities had broken brakes, which was concerning for safety reasons. Furthermore, the snack options at Lake View Park were also limited. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the hotel's facilities and services to provide a more satisfactory experience for guests.
