"Questa villa era assolutamente fantastica! Mi sentivo come se ci fermassimo in una casa tradizionale con cibo servito proprio sul patio. Letti molto confortevoli, cuscini, doccia bello ... solo doveva aspettare un po' per l'acqua per riscaldare, e super pulito. L'unico problema è stato il coro, perché la villa è vicino alla spiaggia, ma non credo che l'hotel possa fare nulla a riguardo. Solo avere i vostri pasti e pulire rapidamente prima che il coro sbarchi."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good."

"We had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night family stay at Kondai Lip Backwater Heritage Resort, Alleppey, in a Deluxe Room with a Bay View. The resort is in a peaceful location surrounded by lush greenery and calm backwaters, offering a perfect escape from city life. The traditional Kerala-style cottages, well-maintained property, and stunning sunrise and sunset views added to the charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing balcony facing the water. The hospitality was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring a smooth experience, including arranging boat rides and sightseeing. The restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine, especially fresh seafood, with a good variety of options for breakfast, including continental dishes. Activities were a highlight, with free pedal boating, backwater boating, kayaking, and Kashmir Shikkara boating. While the WiFi was weak in our room, it worked better in common areas. The food options, though excellent for Kerala cuisine, could have had more North Indian and international dishes. Evenings had some mosquitoes due to the backwater setting, but the resort provided repellents. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we highly recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway with great views, authentic Kerala hospitality, and exciting water activities. We would love to visit again!"
