Time Square Boutique Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel ***agement might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on ***y fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

Location was great and Service was excellent,condition of rooms were near and clean staff was so cooperative,value for money,best location to visit nearby tourist places Restaurant was very good and food was very tasty.Best location to stay

Worst experience ever. The food is not hygiene. I was lucky enough ( Thank you God) that i didn't swallow sharp metal piece which was served in fried rice from the hotel restaurant. I tried to talk to restaurant ***ager about this and he didn't care about this saying he is busy. I raised the issue with GM of hotel and owners which didn't care much. I am going to file a Complaint on the hotel. I have all pics to support as evidence . Also I booked hotel check in on 15th and check out on 20th but I checked out on 19th as I didn’t to want to saty beyond 19th due to this issue. That means I paid one day excess for the hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night. Very convenient location. Rooms are small but very clean,nicely maintained. ***ager Mr.Nishad is very helpful, humble person. Served good breakfast. Jetting station, house boats are nearby. Temples,main market at walkable distance.

Excellent service and hospitality. Safe and clean. English speaking staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Well run property with professional and courteous staff

It was a wonderful Experience with Time Square Hotel. The hospitality of the entire staff ia a class. Room were neat and clean. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. Food was tasty especially buffet breakfast. We will visit again Time square, thankyou staff and ***agement for their great service.

Really loved this place. Hotel is well maintained and provided prompt services. . Food was delicious with good veg options. Check-in and checkout were smooth and fast - people are very polite and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience.. It's a must visit!!

Worst experience. The hotel staff is very indecent and rude. The hotel is parhetic. The lock of our room got closed from outside while we were inside and no one answered the phone for half hour. The lock needed to be broken by the staff which took 1 hour at night spoiling the sleep. After that when we asked for different room because the lock was broken the ***ager asked us to sleep in that room only which now had lots of mosquitoes and lizard. He was so rude and told me that no one dies of mosquito and lizard on this earth and also refused to refund the amount because we booked using agoda. After another 2 hours of discussion and arguments, they changed the room and that also had lot of mosquitoes. Food options were very limited. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The staff except the lady on the reception only during morning cannot speak and understand basic english 0r hindi. Too difficult to communicate.
