Kleopatra Sunlight Hotel

The hotel very old and some rooms have bed bugs. NO hotwater in the tap. The food is average and okay. The toilet room need repairs and new tap and shower. There are definitely room for improvement and renovation. Hotel needed upgrading

I got there at 8.30pm by 9pm I made up my mind that the hotel was not good went to get something to eat and it was that bad the cats turned there nose up at it. I do admit the rooms are clean enough to live in. The staff talk very little English and mutter in their own language about you. The bar they say they have is a little cubicle sectioned off as it was in covid there is very little and I mean very little selection vodka which taste like aniseed gin which is over poured with very little mixer and beer which is watered down and tastes revolting I asked for whiskey and all you get is only for money so you had to pay for it. No cocktails etc etc . You have to pay for your internet in your rooms so there free Wi-Fi is only in the hotel lobby. The rooms are clean but sockets hanging off the walls shower head had to be hand held as was broke. No music one television which was constantly on Turkish news and you tv in your room was like watching an old black and white tele which wasn’t tuned in properly. The pool was green with slime looked like never been cleaned all year and looked as so if you jumped in you wouldn’t get back out. I will never go back there even if I was paid to I understand if you pay cheap you get cheap but the only good thing was the cleaners you got move conversation out of them in 10 minutes then you did of the whole staff over your stay there. Oh and I had to balance on the toilet as it was smashed and not screwed down. I could keep going but I haven’t got all year
