There is no hot or even warm water in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink. Shower nightmarish – extremely hot water or ice temperature. The rooms are dirty, the unpleasant smell of the old apartment. They said that cleaning comes every two days, but for three days no one came. We paid for 10 days, upon arrival they demanded all the money at once. But on the third day we had to change tickets due to our grandfather's health. We were very worried about him and were afraid not to have time to see him anymore. We explained this at the reception and asked to return the money for the remaining period, we were ready to show the return tickets - we didn’t go to some other hotel, we went home! But Lola said that this was impossible, it was necessary to make a request through the accounting department. When I asked for this, the answer was no. Yassin just laughed and rudely said "Impossible". Upon arrival, we saw a similar scene: they were ugly arguing with some man, he also wanted to return the money. Not surprising. Don’t believe what you see at the reception, only it has been renovated. You will be smiled broadly, but after you give your money you will not receive any help – and no money back if something goes wrong. By the way, they refused to show the room before booking. But we were shown photographs, in which, of course, the rooms were clean and the furniture was new. Of course, if we had immediately seen in what condition the room was, we would run away. But this is nonsense compared to how the employees behaved. The hotel business is about help and hospitality. Dear owners, if this is an empty phrase for you, you’d better find another business, because in this field there is a failure awaiting you. It is impossible to build a hotel business only on the desire of profit. Not recommended at all.
