Wien Star Hotel

Breakfast was 10/10. Cleanliness 9/10. Reception guys 100%, but there was a woman in reception team and she was rude and tried to fool us :). That's why I put service 1/5.

Это мой лучший опыт недорогого но качественного жилья . Чисто , удобно расположен у моря , приятные завтраки , однообразные но с голоду не умрешь. Отличный вариант

Good quiet hotel delicious breakfast ,good beach,if you want a quiet vacation this place is great, room cleaning every day nearly city center you can find everything what you needed reception staff friendly and cultures rooms have good wifi

Simple, not luxury hotel. Personal is more than friendly! Sensation is like being at home! Daily cleaning and towels change. Position of the hotel is perfect, beach is a cross the street. This is my fourth visit to this hotel in a year and whiteout intention to change it.

I have just returned from the Wien star hotel. Be warned on arrival ( 22.30) we were shown our room, we were asked if we wanted to up grade to a sea view room, which we viewed it was 300 euro more so we declined then to be told there was no room available after showing us ours. We were put in a sea view for the night and had to move at 12 noon the nest day (scam). There was no bar, restaurant or pool even though there web site shows this, there is a Costa coffee at the front of the hotel now. Reception staff especially the woman were rude and didn't even speak. Maids were lovely and very welcoming. Room was cleaned daily. We booked a shared shuttle for departure, a coach arrives 7hrs before departure, we were at the airport for 4 hrs prior to our flight.9.15 flight and they picked us up at 2.30 in the morning (joke). Would not return. We did complain to our holiday company and had a choice of moving to another hotel or half our money back which we decided to have the money as reviews on other hotels we were offered were awful

Nothing wrong with the hotel but do not book through Thomas cook. It says hat they have a restaurant, a cafe, a bar and swimming pool. They do not have a restaurant or a cafe or a bar or a swimming pool. They have nothing but a room

Stayed here for a week recently. The location is excellent in relation to the beach just across the road. Many shops and restaurants on the street. There is a main bazaar in a 20 minute walk. The staff here all very friendly and helpful. It’s clean and tidy rooms with an air conditioning. Definitely will back to this place.

I stayed here again for two weeks two years after my first visit. The rooms have recently been refurbished and there is now a decent sized breakfast room which serves excellent breakfast each morning. The location is excellent in relation to the beach just across the road and some nearby shops and restaurants. It’s a little bit further to walk to the main bazaar and harbour areas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s extremely clean and tidy with good sized rooms and very good showers. The air conditioning worked well too! I would recommend trying to get one of the sea view rooms as they are brighter and seem more spacious.

The 2+1 room was very clean, the campus is central and it is just as lively. staff is very friendly - a great 3 star hotel It's a pity it's only breakfast but I enjoyed it very much nice place i will visit again
