Service is good,equipments are kind of old, should be update.

When we lived in Alameda our visiting families would often stay here. It was nothing spectacular, just a clean, decent priced hotel. We made our reservations under the presumption it was the same ol’ place. WRONG. Filthy steps leading to the rooms, broken closet doors, one bed was hard, one was sunken in the middle, vent in bathroom was THICK with dust, I could go on. Then you have the bowling parking lot directly across with sketchy people talking loudly well past 1AM. Location is nice because it’s a stone’s throw from the water. That’s it though. They really need to invest in some upkeep.

I checked in on a very hot day by myself to get some down time and recharge. The first room didn’t have working air conditioning and looked very unkept and dirty. I was uncomfortable sitting down anywhere let alone lay down. The person at the front desk was kind and attentive. She moved me to another room, but it was also uncomfortable and unkept. I was so uncomfortable I ended up leaving.

Near the beach ，Good location

Отель в приморской части Окленда. Чистый. Выбирали из за наличия паркинга для автомобиля, так как путешествовали на авто. Завтрак континентальный. Лучше Закупиться в соседнем гипермаркете и потом спокойно разогреть в номере.

酒店周邊緊挨海灘和Shoping mall，環境和不錯，在阿拉梅達，治安也好些。購物吃飯很方便，房間也很大，還有公寓具備的電爐，烤箱等，很方便，頭一天入住房間沒打掃好廁所都沒沖，感覺很差，給前台説了馬上換了房間，房間的電視和燈具有些老舊，有的電視還是顯像管的，燈的開關也需要維護，有個小的室外泳池，天氣温差大，沒有去遊，酒店綠化不錯，停車方便，早餐過於簡單，大堂咖啡24小時提供，綜合評價還可以。
