Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.

可以説是我住過的最差的一間酒店，打開房間看見裏還有一個門，敲了幾下，竟然有人迴應，太恐怖😱嚇得趕緊找前台換房型，説明不喜歡這樣的房間，但是前台説沒有別的房型了，幫我們調到了另外一層一樣房間，房間的地毯也是很臟，感覺從沒洗過一樣，如果不是太晚（凌晨一點多）我們肯定不會住的，勉強掙到了天亮

The frontdesk staff were friendly but the rooms where not great. The floor was very dirty and it looks like it has not been vacuumed for a while. There were crumbs on the floor, and when we came back to the room the next day the crumbs were still there.
When I got home, I realized that i forgot a couple of clothing items in the closet, I called the hotel a couple of times and both times I was told that I would get a call back, so far no one called.
Parking is available but it is not through the hotel. It was $17.99 per day; you have to take a picture of a QR code and text 1111 to a number each time you try to get into the parking.
You have better options for the same price or even cheaper.
Finally, the downtown area is not safe and there was nothing much to do. So, unless you absolutely have to or know exactly where you are going, I would avoid the downtown.

People upstairs were super noisy! I called the front desk from my cell phone- phone doesn’t work in the room? I had to call twice!
Fitness center equipment was run down -
Hotel could use an upgrade and free breakfast?

The room was clean but old. There were stains in the wall. I could hear sounds from next rooms all night long. I had an early flight and tried to make a coffee in the morning but found out there was only a package of decaf. I mentioned this at the checkout and got just a shrug from a staff.

My stay was very comfortable and staff were friendly. Room was clean and had a wonderful view of the mountain. Only issue I had was paying for my parking, this is my first time having to pay for parking as a hotel guess.

This is a very nice hotel with easy parking and check in/out. The front desk employees and bartender at the restaurant were incredibly nice and helpful. My room was decent - near the elevator so a bit of noise and my bedding seemed a bit worn out. Otherwise my stay was great and I’d stay here again!
