We see from the photos that you have reserved a twin room for two adults in the room before the remodeling. We do offer free bedding for children under elementary school age. Our hotel is located only a 2.3 minute walk from the entrance to the city's main shopping district. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in Kumamoto City from sightseeing to dining and shopping. We also provide DHC amenities, which have been well received by our female guests in particular. However, we apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the cleanliness and facilities in the guest rooms. For safety reasons, the windows cannot be opened or closed in all guest rooms.
