Room had a stain on the floor and there was a moth in the room. Location is great, right by I40 in the middle of Albuquerque. Staff was ok, not nice, but not rude either. Bed and shower were great, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. Breakfast was good, but some things were precariously placed, like the half-working toaster on a shaky stand and the drink pitchers on a shifty ice bed.

I am disappointed in what has become of this hotel. All but one elevator was working and it had issues stopping on random floors. The AC was not working, the wallpaper was starting to peel off the wall in our bathroom and the light switches were lose. The windows do not seal well so you hear all the road traffic even on the 11th floor. Our bartender was fantastic but our wings came out of the kitchen frozen. We tried to check in at 3:00 and they still didn’t have room clean for patrons.

The location is very sketchy and we encountered a drunk individual who parked near us, and who started yelling at my family. The valet guy was nice and welcoming, on the plus side. The building is very outdated, along with the room. We won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Ernie in maintenance was very friendly and helpful! The night manager or gentleman that was there until 11pm each night, I am forgetting his name but tall gentleman was always so friendly and aware of what’s going on in the town!

We had a dead bug in our room. The room had not been dusted in a while.
When eating at the restaurant the silverware was not clean and the service was non existent.

Nice lobby, the restaurant looked nice, but we did not have breakfast there. We looked for a hotel guide, printed or on TV but could not find one.

Roaches in room had to move to other room and only credit 30.00 dollars, seems like staff and management is ok with roaches in their rooms
