The Junior Suite was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor space (pool and gardens). The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly (a spot was attracting ants), and we were surprised not to receive housekeeping service for a 2-night stay, so no coffee for the second morning. No towels were offered for the pool, so our room towels got a lot of use! Finally the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport that was a no-show, so at 4:30 am we had to go to the street to flag down a taxi.

We stayed here last year when we came to Costa Rica and loved it so much we are staying again twice during our trip. It is a beautiful and quant property with great staff. Very quiet.

This is our sixth time in San Jose staying at this hotel. We absolutely love it. The customer service is impeccable, including staff from the restaurant. We will certainly come back.

Nice Hotel for staying a night in San José.
- clean and nice rooms
- good variety of breakfast
- Car is needed
- playground for kids available
- Restaurant in the Hotel was closed on Sunday, but there was a very good&cool food market near by (Mercado La Cartonera)

Aside from the traffic outside the property, it was a comfortable room, (the shower head )preasure was awesome) great staff, great location and the restaurant was a bonus. Most amazing steakhouse with a wonderful wine selection. The included breakfast the next morning was outstanding. I recommend this resort. The pool and grounds looked beautiful although we were not there long enough.

Best deal in San Jose, really nice rooms, modern bathrooms with strong venting fans (most hotels don't have anymore). Relaxing place to stay.
