The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

Mi hanno dato una stanza di disabilità, così tutto è stato progettato per essere facile per una persona a sedia a rotelle, ma non è stato adatto per una persona normale. Il bagno, le cascate e i corridoi erano progettati per essere inferiori al normale, e anche il doccia non aveva vetro per impedire che l'acqua spruzzasse fuori di esso, quindi quando qualcuno si dorsò, il pavimento del bagno era pieno di acqua, e nessuno poteva usarlo finché l'acqua non si era asciugata. The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

Resort place and location was good and has good parking area and room price and size is good. The toilet is the important part of the room which need to be renovation and fixed, it look bad , also there is no hot water in the kitchen, which if I need to was anything during winter time I need to use cold water. I think if they will renovate the toilet I may book again. In addition the room service guy didn't bring all the item we ask untill we give him tips, and there is no instructions of the snacks that are free or paid in the room

Il sistema di chiamata automatico non funziona (lo chiamavo dall'UAE), non potevo contattare nessuno prima di arrivare. Le orari di piscina non sono amichevole per gli affari (dal 9am-6pm).Il bagno non è il più comodo, perché la doccia non ha una chiusura (o una porta) così l'acqua si è girata intorno dopo la doccia. E il flusso d'acqua dal bacino è estremamente lento, ho dovuto rimuovere il piatto per ottenere un buon flusso.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately became sick and came to Michael to ask for a very special drink (ginger juice). It was totally impossible since he didn’t have a juice maker. But Michael found different ways to get for me a drink that I need. I am truly touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness. It's not often that you encounter people who are willing to go the extra mile to make someone else's day a little brighter, and I feel that truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service. Excellent hotel. I will go back again for my future business trip in dhahran. Checking in even at the middle of midnight was so easy unlike in other hotel that doesn't accept especially around pas 12 midnight. Staff are very accommodating.
