Hotel a Al-Bidea, Kuwait

After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

La ricetta è amichevole, le strutture sono buone e un po'vecchie, il parcheggio all'aperto, non regolamentato

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, non lontano dal centro della città, e il panorama fuori finestra è buono. Ma le strutture dell'hotel sono troppo vecchie, non come un hotel a quattro stelle, ma come un hotel comune. La stanza non ha bagagli di caffè, e non mi ha dato l'acqua di caffè dopo la pulizia ogni giorno, e non mi ha dato l'acqua di caffè nei giorni successivi dopo avermi ricordato. La scelta di colazione a secco è meno abominiosa, nemmeno frutta. Rispetto all'hotel in cui vivo in altri paesi del GCC, questa è la peggiore!Non sceglieremo più la prossima volta

Il mio vecchio figlio e io sono rimasto all'hotel per tre notti in agosto. All'arrivo, la ricezione è andata un miglio di distanza per offrirci la stanza che volevamo ( gemelli, non fumatori e con nessun vicini da quando con una porta di connessione) e per assicurarci che il nostro soggiorno sia il più confortevole possibile. Tutti dal personale erano estremamente amichevoli, gentili e utili: la casa di mantenimento (Manas), il ristorante (Rabih), A. Kader wro ci ha condotto all'aeroporto. Le camere sono molto grandi con bagni spaziosi e con una brillante soluzione architettonica di aria condizionata ( nascosto come un tetto a metà luna pendente e quindi non soffia direttamente verso i letti). Ma la temperatura dell'acqua nella piscina era fresca e ci piaceva il nostro tempo nel sole. Abbiamo cenato due volte al ristorante di Sei Palms e il cibo era grande - prova il Chicken Briryani! Abbiamo avuto tre giorni di relax in Kuwait, consigliere l'hotel per qualsiasi viaggio in città!

La posizione è molto buona, le camere sono un po' vecchie, le camere sono state dimenticate di pulire. Altrimenti il servizio è molto buono. Il manager del Front Office è molto impegnato, molto buono. Mi ha dato molte raccomandazioni per le escursioni, ristoranti, ecc. Colazione eccellente. Camminare in doccia è? eccellente. Non ho avuto cena. Nel pomeriggio ci sono stati diversi cioccolatini per testare. Servizio piscina è anche molto amichevole Servizio alla sera eccellente e molto amichevole. Posso consigliare l'hotel. Il centro fitness è molto ben attrezzato con molti dispositivi. Mi è piaciuto. Se tornassi, avrei prenotato l'hotel in Kuwait. Prezzo prestazioni è molto buono.

L'hotel è sicuramente bello, offre buoni servizi e il personale è molto gentile, cortese, ci aiuta sempre dal servizio e ci ha dato anche un check-out tardivo, ,5 stelle come sempre . ”Vieni indietro e passa il mio viaggio qui in Kuwait
