The Hotel offer very good service. Starting from the reception desk to the restaurant and hotel facilities. The rooms are large and has all what you need and they give you free snacks in the fridge. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel has a very nice pool that is shaded and has warm water and they have nice jacuzzi and steam room and Gym is very nice. I tried the hotel restaurant during Ramadan, the open buffet offers wide variety of food and sweets which were very delicious 😋 Also the hotel has free shaded parking. I stayed at this hotel 2 times and it is highly recommended in Al Ain.

The pool was closed due to maintenance and noone informed us howver thy refered us to their main hotel Ayla grand with a slight upgrade amount and that hotel was a master piece
