Akumal: hotel con bar

La seconda volta sono andata, così bella, vicino all'hotel è il paradiso, e ci sono tutti i canali che possono passare.L'hotel stesso è molto divertente, l'hotel intero e ci sono molti ristoranti.L'unica inconveniente è che la posizione è un po'grande, l'hotel ha una buona posizione di immersione, ma guarda la fortuna. Le strutture sono buone, quasi 200 pesos umani dall'aeroporto.

This small, family owned resort is gorgeous. It’s tiny, so if you’re looking for tons of different types of cuisine and night life- this isn’t the place for you (I was in bed by 9pm on two nights of my trip…my dream come true). I felt safe the entire time I was on property and at the beach bar. The food they offer is AMAZING (seriously dreaming of that lime-tortilla soup), the beach bar right next door also has some food options. It was all freshly prepared and delivered to our room or the beach for us! Tony & crew were SO accommodating!! The beach bar has amazing drinks as well (one too many “Dirty Monkeys” did lead to the best beach nap ever) & it the views are GORGEOUS!!! I had a pool facing room, and my parent had a beach facing condo and I enjoyed both. The rooms are cold, showers are hot, & the beds are clean. There’s some things as far as the rooms go that aren’t five star (zebra sheets are weird, there’s some mineralization on the faucets & shower)- but you’re in the jungle & on a beach so that constant humidity provides some wear and tear. The things that mattered (clean, cold A/C, Hot shower) were all there. There was also smart TVs in the rooms and strong wifi. And I slept like a rock on my king sized bed. I had read some prior reviews about the “king sized beds” being 2 twin mattresses put together but I was pleasantly surprised to find that we all had king sized mattresses. I only wore shoes for like 5% of my entire vacation!! I had a FABULOUS time & will return year after year. Also- if you walk down the beach about 200 yard there’s beach side massages- best massage of my life. I’m sitting at home trying to figure out how to quit my job, sell my belongings and move to Villas De Rosa- that’s how much I loved it!!

Il mio marito e io siamo stati a El Dorado Suites per il nostro luna di miele questa settimana. Ci sono state molte strutture, diverse piscine, diversi ristoranti, un buffet e notti di tela con cibo messicano! Le letti erano così comodi. Le camere erano anche molto spaziose e pulite! Per quanto riguarda il personale, erano così gentili e felici di aiutare con tutto quello che avete bisogno, sempre con un sorriso! Voglio mandare un enorme grido a Luis dalla squadra di intrattenimento! Era sorprendente, sempre felice di aiutare e sempre con un sorriso, ci teneva tutti divertiti, e niente era troppo. Era molto evidente che amava quello che faceva, e mostra nel servizio che forniva non solo a noi, ma tutti nel resort si sentono allo stesso modo! Volevo anche inviare un grido ad altri membri del team di intrattenimento: Benjamin, Luana, Puga e María, che erano anche grandi! Dicono che il personale fa un hotel, e tutti questi ragazzi lo hanno fatto!

Il nostro hotel è stato un piacevole tempo, ma è stato un piacere. Niente di meglio che svegliarsi fino ai volatili cantando e godersi una tazza di caffè sul nostro patio. Sai che il tuo giorno sarà un buon giorno, quando Juan (goundkeeper) ti saluta con un ”Ciao, Buenos Dias” come inizia il suo giorno. Ma, poi Tutti i lavoratori @ questa proprietà sono super amici e ti fanno sentire come la famiglia ogni giorno. La nostra stanza era L'abbiamo sempre fatto con un sorriso e una ”speranza che tu abbia una bella visita”. Grandi ups per Oscar, Willy, Rafael, Alberto, Jordy & il resto della squadra. Ripetere sempre il servizio con un sorriso. Hotel Akumal Caribe & The Lola è un esempio perfetto di come un ristorante/proprietaria dovrebbe essere gestito & sono sicuro che altre proprietà potrebbero imparare una lezione preziosa da loro.
