Liberty Hotels Lara

Wonderful location with a very clean and organized compound. The grass, gardens, pool and beach area are meticulously cared for. Food was a great selection, the extra foods at the various locations were always welcome. Definitely worth the stay.

Returned back home after another wonderful holiday at Liberty Lara; it was nice to be able to catch up with all staff and meeting the new members of the team and it is great to see the different changes they make to the hotel each year. The staff at this hotel really makes your holiday, all staff are welcoming and will always go the extra mile for you all while having a smile on their face. It is nice to see that some staff have been promoted which is well deserved (Ahmet) who works well with Elvis,Harun,Gorkan and in a morning its nice to be greeted by Hassan(Jake) smiley face. A big thank you to Kazim who helps translate when my daughter fancies a stir fry for tea making sure that there is nothing in it due to her allergy. The food is always to an excellent standard with plenty of choice throughout the day from the morning breakfast buffet to a number of choices for lunch i.e pasta house, main buffet restaurant, pizza house and table service pool bar that has a wide selection to choose from. In an evening the main restaurant offers a wide selection with something different every night. Whilst we were there we visited the Italian a la carte which is a 6 course menu to choose from. Entertainment at this hotel is like no other we have ever been to, there is always something going on throughout the day from yoga in a morning with Berfin and Merve to crazy pool games at mid day with Omar, Ferdi and Beeka under the watchful eye of their new chef Abdullah and there is always something different in the evening to keep you entertained from professional shows to Mr/Mrs Liberty which is very funny. The Monday night party are always great to go to with different themes every year. It was great to be apart of their victory day celebration but this year seemed to be scaled back and in the evening not as grand as previous years but loved the parade around the grounds of the hotel which included staff and children from the mini club. We won a cabana for a day on the bingo and was treated to first class service by Ali who is a new member of staff from our last visit and he made us feel special for the day. This hotel runs like a well oiled machine all under the watchful eye of Ümit Gölcü and Mr Ali. Guest relations are always on hand should you need anything are even just a daily chat Mustafa is a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the good work and will be great to see you all next year.

We had another fantastic holiday at Liberty lara in May. There were 11 of us and all of us were well looked after. The food was lovely as always especially the Italian and Turkish a la carte restaurants. A great new addition was the olive garden coffee hut near the tennis courts it was lovely to sit there mid morning with a coffee. All of the staff were so attentive especially in the Lukka bar where we spent a lot of time, drinks and snacks were great especially bottles and cans of coke fanta etc,and lovely glasses for all your drinks. Our nephew enjoyed the children's pool,play park and kids club. Looking forward to visiting again in November.

A very enjoyable 10 night stay at Liberty Lara. Superb hotel with amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. As others have commented the hotel is spotlessly clean and there is endless amounts of food and drink (branded) options on site. Entertainment was great and our daughter enjoyed the shows of a night very much, she never stopped dancing! The rooms are slightly dated but this is being addressed I believe. My only very slight niggle would be that there is no designated smoking area , the majority of people from what I seen were non smokers but had to deal with passive smoke which wasn’t ideal. However this wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Overall a very pleasant stay at Liberty and would not hesitate to return in future.

The holiday lived up to the expectations! Last year we went swandor palace, it was nice but too far from everywhere and really busy, this year we came liberty Lara it's a much smaller hotel but it was better! Much more personalised, the food was great, something for everyone, loved the food restaurants where could order off the menu, pasta house was delicious, couldn't get enough of the pizza and fried chicken cocktails also 10/10 loved the ice cream freezer and slushes. The staff are lovely will never walk past without saying hello . Waiters always taking orders. Never been to a hotel were the pool side toilets actually smelled clean. Big shout-out to the lifeguard who sits across from the bridge close to slides who gets on the pools and entertains the kids, my daughter loved it when he got in the pool playing games with her. Best evening entertainment was ciruque de Cuba they were amazing was a negative after the show but one staff members fault not the hotels. The rooms are small and do need updated but that is going ahead this year. Also need more sun loungers as had to set alarm for 7am and all pool side loungers taken and of course were empty most the day! First day was only one left had to get staff to bring more, not enough for all the guests. Beautiful hotel all round my only regret is not booking 10-14 days, would 100% love to return. Antalya didn't disappoint once again.

This was our third visit to this absolute gem of a hotel, and it just keeps getting better and better. Other than here, we have never returned to the same place twice on any holiday, but it is near on impossible to find anything else that comes anywhere close to what Liberty Lara offers in terms of luxury, service, food, cleanliness, basically, everything! Mustafa in Guest Relations goes absolutely above and beyond to look after every single guest. The effort this man puts into making sure you have the best holiday possible is extensive, and he has been instrumental in each of our 3 holidays here now. We hope he never leaves! Omer in entertainments takes such pride in his work and makes sure he has time for ALL of the guests throughout his day. Not many people can make my daughter feel at ease, but he absolutely did and really brought her out of her shell. Esma in the lobby bar goes above and beyond, and always with a smile, too! Mehmet and Halil on breakfast service were just perfection, and once they knew your usual drinks order, there it is, waiting for you each day at a table. Ali on the cabanas made sure our every wish was catered for. Sometimes, he even knew what that was before we did! Again, he went above and beyond to cater for our daughters and made them feel really looked after. This is just to name but a few of the amazing staff that make up this incredible hotel, but it is not forgetting the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless every single day, the kitchen team who kept us fed and not bored once, the waiting teams in all of the a la cartes and main restaurants, the reception team, and anyone else I have forgotten to mention. Despite it absolutely not being the biggest or grandest hotel on Lara Beach (and having been to some of those, too) we can say with absolute confidence that it is by far the best for making you feel safe, welcome, and most of all...loved! Thank you, Liberty, for 2 weeks of absolute luxury and relaxation. We can't wait to see you all again soon! X

Great holiday, all staff were so kind and helpful and food was AMAZING! Something for everyone, lots of games to keep busy round the pool and entertainment was very good with shows on some nights! Bekire and Omer were amazing for getting people involved in entertainment and sitting and having a chat to you about your day and Mustafa was so helpful through out our stay. Also ugur served us most evenings in the restaurant and was very kind and made jokes everyone made us feel very comfortable !

Never have I ever stayed at the same place three times, and already booked to come for a fourth in 2025, but here we are. I genuinely love this place and I’ve visited now with friends and family of all ages, and still had just as much of a good time. The staff make it for me. From Ahmet in the bars knowing my drink order every time, to Omer and Ferdi making the days and evenings so enjoyable without fail, followed by Berfin the water gym babe who always had a compliment for me, and finally of course the legend that is Mustafa who can’t do more to help (while managing to speak better English than me). These guys, and everyone else, make the place really special and feel like a second home. The latest additions of things like the coffee bar, upgrades to drinks and widening the selection were all noted too, and definitely a welcome change. The Monday night parties are also legendary, and we’re so glad to have made it to two of them on this trip. Our pier cabana day was yet again a highlight and I will continue to add this on year on year too as it’s so worthwhile. Couple of things I noticed this year which haven’t deterred me from booking again, but just to note and feed back: - the rooms are starting to look dated compared to other hotels in the area (but they are still spotless and incredibly clean, so kudos to the cleaning team). I was expecting to come back this year to see some renovations but it doesn’t look as though they went ahead which is a shame. - the entertainment team seems more sparse this year with some nights only covered by 2 people from the team. I also see the likes of Omer working most days and nights, which must be exhausting given the energy he brings too. We were also really sad to see Hasan move on to another resort during our stay as he was always a highlight for us. - another RE entertainment, the team are always so positive and upbeat, but they seemed to be lacking enthusiasm compared to last year which was a shame. I think Serdar was a big motivator and guests loved him too, so was sad to arrive and hear he’d left. - Bingo - there seemed to be a lot of pressure on the team to sell tickets and we got a couple of negative responses when having to explain we’d already purchased tickets, as if they were frustrated not to have gotten to us first. The prizes for winning are also nowhere near as good as last year, and it just appears to be a lot of discounts for things vs last year where you could win a cabana day, parasailing etc. I think the cost is either the same or more compared with last year too, so I think they will start struggling to justify the cost soon. Anyway, we’ll still be coming back in spite those points, and it will remain one of our favourite places to stay. Look forward to seeing everyone again soon, and thanks as always.

Second time visiting this hotel and I feel will not be the last. Improved food options and outdoor spaces since last time we visited. Welcome drinks on arrival and check in was very swift. ROOMS spacious, with hairdryer, tv, shower over the bath. Rooms do require upgrading which I understand is in the plans. Nothing wrong with them other than they’re looking a bit worn and the air con unit very noisy in room 5122. OUTDOOR areas overall very clean and well-maintained, however did notice some very dirty parasols and areas around pool toilets could have been swept more often to avoid slipping. POOLS very clean, something for everyone with frequent activities in the main pool and quiet environment for relaxing at the adult pool. Water slides run 2hrs in morning and 2hrs in afternoon. BEACH beautiful, very clean with beach bar. Sea was warm in July around 29 degree water temp so very comfortable. Watersports run by an external company included jetski, speedboat tour to waterfalls, banana boat, parasailing. PIER lovely with a bar, cabanas to hire €130 with food and drinks service all day. FOOD incredible, so many options whether buffet or a la carte. Breakfast varied, freshly made eggs to order. Lunch you have either the main restaurant, pasta house, beach bar (a la carte burgers, doner, salads etc, plus self-service area for fried chicken and burgers/hot dogs). Pizza/gozleme hut freshly made to order (some additional topping options would be nice e.g cooked chicken). Dinner - main buffet is excellent with themed and gala evenings, made to order noodle station, lots of choice. The cheeses are all presented beautifully on serving trays but I was disappointed to see every platter had walnuts surrounding the cheese. As someone with a nut allergy I found this unnecessary and I could not sample the cheeses due to this which was a shame. Otherwise everything was clearly labelled with allergens. Late night snacks available if you’re still hungry!! Drinks were great, particularly from the lobby bar and the Lukka bar, lovely glasses and always nicely presented and often served with crisps. All branded spirits available. Rose wine was very nice indeed, a Turkish Grenache. Mojitos and caipirinhas made with lemon instead of lime which was slightly bizarre. ENTERTAINMENT superb. The entertainment staff were wonderful, my teenage daughter is normally quite shy, yet Omer managed to bring her out of her shell, had her up singing Turkish songs and playing darts, unheard of! The whole team were excellent, always full of energy which I was amazed at given daytime temperatures were over 40 degrees. We watched 2 shows, some acrobats and a skating/bmx show which were impressive. There was live music as well and bingo nights which were fun. SPA was good too, we had a Turkish bath/scrub and massage. The male masseur (forgot his name sorry) was knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed a long-standing shoulder issue I have, offering advice.
