Fantastic hotel, amazing food lots for every diet, the Turkish Al a carte was beautiful. Staff extremely helpful can’t do enough for you. Cabanas and the waiter service 5 star. Plenty to do around the hotel. Loads of drink and cocktail options. Lovely beaches and amazing water sports.

Everything was good. Just a bit misunderstanding about the free taxi transfer service before I check in but the Manager immediately settled. However the taxi driver took me to the wrong airport that hotel booked for me. Better improve all the communications, it is nice hotel other than these.

Tui rate this as a Platinum hotel and I really fail to see how they have given this such a good rating. It is a 3 star at best. The staff are very over worked and it shows, from the tired buffet and bar staff to the over stretched cleaners ( the rooms are not very clean at all because they only have time to empty the bins and change the towels..the floor was not washed once during our 8 days. The beds in our room were hard as rock and even with the 2 very thin, stained and old mattress toppers they gave us did not really help. This is an hotel in a ***** of very, very loud hotels and during my research there was no warning of that. There is no let up in noise from about 10am onwards until after 12pm at night. It is not always due to in house and sometimes due to other hotels nearby but if you are noise sensitive ( ear plugs did not help ) it is overwhelming, I ended up so sleep deprived after 3 days I had to go to hospital as I was having panic attacks and the nice doctor there prescribed me some sleeping tablets, so that is now an expense I will have the nuisance of claiming back from insurance !. The pools are arctic ..no chance of a pleasant relaxing swim. The sunbeds are not padded which I would expect for a Platinum grading. Management are invisible so no chance to air any complaints to them, instead they fob you off with very pleasant but completely powerless minions. This is the only all inclusive I have stayed at that does not allow one a la carte per week..they really should as the buffet is truly terrible. Cheap and recycled from previous days offerings..really how many types of stew can they think of to hide nasty cuts of meat ! Also it was heaving when we were there and no other places to eat in the evening unless you paid out 25 euros per person for a la carte. This was in no way a pleasant holiday dining experience. Also no other dining venues for breakfast, there is a nice area near the beach which would be ideal for a lovely breakfast by the sea. All in all this was the worst holiday in Turkey we have ever had and I would urge anyone thinking of going here to seriously reconsider and go elsewhere.

Интересный отель, Расположен недалеко от аэропорта на второй линии. До пляжа - 5-7 минут пешком, В Лара прекрасное море, пологий вход, хороший песчаный пляж Лежаки стоя плотно друг к другу. На пляже есть WiFi, бар (ассортимент аналогичен тому, что в отеле) и кафе со снеками По сравнению с отелями первой линии, - он, конечно же попроще (попроще питание и только местные спиртные напитки) Номер - как номер: ничего выдающегося: чисто. Если окна выходят во внутреннюю территорию, - до 23:00 будет шумно от вчерних развлекательных мероприятий При этом есть ряд очень ярких моментов: - круглосуточный! ресторан - в зимнее время - теплый бассейн, при этом по температуре воды и по размеру самого бассейна этот отель даст фору многим пятеркам на первой линии - прекрасный тренажерный/спортивный зал Основной контингент: русские, турки, иранцы, много англичан и немцев Звучит много русских хитов Из недостатков: в пиковое время - очереди в ресторане и достаточно шумно

Super hotel. Belle camere, bellissime e vari cibo sia la tavola svedese e AlaKart (in serata tutti AlaKart sono pagati, o ci sono anche colazione e pranzo sul menu). Bevande eccellenti (marchi noti) - su ogni gusto, su ogni angolo del territorio - caffè con una diversa specializzazione. Frutta, gelatina. C'è un pier e anche con un bar Entrata marina eccellente

L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è gentile e circonvenzionale, molto rapidamente regolato. La stanza è pulita, l'aria condizionata e sono necessarie due bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo. Prima di dormire, hanno avuto una deliziosa cena nel ristorante dell'hotel e hanno continuato il viaggio turistico per domani.
