Jura Hotels Lara Resort

Long lines for food, hot in the restaurant, no a la carte restaurant. Gym is closed. Poor condition of the structure in the water park. No wifi in most places, no equipment for the children's club. No towels, too few sunbeds. Service rather nice but too few.

The hotel was very disappointing. First of all, cleanliness... everything was very neglected: torn curtains, dust, nails sticking out of the floor and wardrobe... the shower cabin was limescaled. The towels in the room were only for the feet. The reception staff speak very poor English. They do not solve problems. There are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. At the bars, drinks are served to locals in glasses, but to foreigners in paper cups. The service is very poor. The A la Carte restaurant is not working. In the main restaurant, during lunch and especially during dinner, there are so many people that you have to wait in line for food, and there are no free tables. The air conditioner does not work, making it very uncomfortable to eat. Very disappointing.

19 Mayıs tarihinde giriş yaptığımız otel bu yıl isim değiştirmiş ve jura oteller grubuna dahil olmuş. Jura otellerinin Afyon daki termal otelinde de daha önce kalmıştık ve oradada her şey harikaydı bu otelde de her şey mükemmel olmuş , ailemizle yaptığımız tatailde özellikle yemekler muhteşemdi . Personel ilgi ve alakası çok iyi , odalar ve havuz ve ortak alanlarda çok temizdi.Plaja servisleri bulunmakta ve çok yakın plaj barında da herşeyi bulabiliyorsunuz . Çocuklu aileler için de herşey fazlasıyla düşünülmüş .kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum .

Don't go!!!!! It's in the middle of no where, no shop, fridge don't work, phone don't work, TV don't work, the massage parlour not open, choice of drinks was 1 type of beer, Pepsi, Fanta, small bottled water, no entertainment. Work still being carried out all over the place, balcony can fit 1 person on it over looking empty grasslands with dumped rubbish, food not labelled so you have no idea what your eating. Would I go there again, never is my answer what a waste of money

Very gooooood . Everything was very good. Great staff treatment. It was really a good place to rest and relax. The food was fresh, the hotel bar gave us good drinks. The rooms are very clean. The hotel was really good for this price. We are grateful to the hotel management.

This isn't 5star hotel certainly. the food is't good at all and all none of them are fresh . they don't clean rooms just epmty the trash and charge of towel . it take about 15 min walk to the main road and it doesn't light at night so scary.

Otel tam anlamıyla rezalet. Odada temizlik yapılmamış. Havlular kirli idi. Banyo duş başlığı kırıktı o şekilde bırakmışlar. Oda yı bu şekilde teslim ettiler. Otelde su kesikti geldiğimizde ve sıcak su yok otelde. Yemekleri berbat. Çeşitlilil yok. Otelde sporcu çocuklar konaklıyordu. Dinlenmek için geldik ama kendimizi kreşte bulduk resmen. En az 200 çocuğun otelde olduğunu düşünün. Aynı gün rezervasyonu iptal ettim. Otel tam bir fiyasko. Uzak durun önünden bile geçmeyin!!

Жестокая дискриминация. Если ты не турок- можешь не надеяться на нормальное отношение к себе. Номера просторные, однако плохо работают кондиционеры. В описании отеля заверено, что русскоговорящие сотрудники есть, но можете даже не надеятся). Убирают плохо- проходятся сверху тряпочкой, и всё. Не представляете, но в некоторых комнатах вместо карт, обычные, железные ключи- выдаются одни ключи на всю семью. Похоже на общежитие

Отель имеет неплохое расположение, до моря 15 минут пешком. На ресепшене есть люди знающие русский(если это необходимо),на английском вроде все разговаривают так что понять что и как сможете. Неподалеку расположены базары вдоль главной дороги, есть где посидеть и погулять вечером. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. А'ля карт не работал. Персонал своевременно приходит для уборки, есть работающий кондиционер. В номере на двоих было всего одно полотенце, что не удобно. Телевизор был, но по техническим причинам не работал. По услышанному от номера к номеру не приходится, но ощущение что в каждом номере есть какая-то проблема. Бассейны чистые. Особенно понравилась инфраструктура отеля, на территории присутствуют интересные скульптуры. Анимация скудная для турков, в течении дня появляется 1-2 аниматора для игры в дартс или прочие игры не активные. Вечерняя анимация для турков(основной контингент отеля),если ехать не надолго то отель отлично подходит для отдыха парам или с друзьями. Понравилась работа бармена Emre, делает очень вкусные коктейли. Подводя итог можно сказать, что отель соответствует своим 4-м звездам, есть куда развиваться и что улучшать, но за свою цену мы более чем довольны!
