Hotel con parcheggio a Akouda

Ho passato 1 settimana in questo hotel e mi sono trovata molto bene a cominciare dall'arrivo . Io e le mie amiche siamo state accolte alla reception da Zouhaier con un perfetto italiano , molto gentile e professionale . Pulizia della stanza e nelle aree comuni molto buona , buffet internazionale buono. Animazione presente tutti il giorno e la sera con ragazzi simpaticissimi e coinvolgenti in particolar modo Baha, Wael e Sadok . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Consiglio questo hotel e la Tunisia per la gentilezza, l'educazione e la simpatia della sua gente .

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Siamo appena tornati dalla vacanza più rilassante. Ci siamo divertiti molto, proprio quello che volevo. L'animazione era una delle migliori parti della vacanza. Questa squadra era sorprendente. Erano davvero grandi con i bambini e tutti i clienti. Pensavamo che Hossem fosse sorprendente e un vero credito non solo alla squadra di animazione, ma all'intero hotel. Il ragazzo ci ha fatto sentire così benvenuti e mi ha fatto davvero volere prendere il haha archery. Sarebbe uno dei motivi che ci ritorneremmo. Non sappiamo come quel ragazzo ottiene la sua energia haha Me e il mio partner aveva un massaggio di hammam e un massaggio rilassante che davvero ha creato per una vacanza così rilassante. Non riesco ancora a credere quanto fossero economici. Pensavo che tutti i dipendenti fossero grandi e gentili. Avendo la piscina vicino alla spiaggia era ideale. Potresti solo scorrere tra le 2 tutto il giorno se volessi. Era bello trovare facilmente un letto a piscina o a spiaggia. Il cibo era ok. Ma servivano cibo per qualcosa di brillante, come 21 ore al giorno. La pizza a mezzanotte era la mia preferita. Le camere erano buone, forse un po' date, ma non trascorrete molto tempo nella stanza comunque. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che la gente cercasse di venderti un'escursione, ma forse è solo me. Ero solo li' per rilassarmi. Tutto in una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto in un lungo periodo.

Ottimo personale,animazione top,il cibo e buono,tutto il personale sempre disponibile sia la reception che i camerieri e il bar. Un ringraziamento a Nabil direttore del bar ,a Nizar della reception che per qualsiasi cosa si mette a disposizione,e soprattutto al team di animazione che sono grandi Mido,Momo,Cris,Diego,ancora,Roberto,Marlo, Lo consiglio alle famiglie con bambini,ottima posizione,300 metri dalle giostre e dal porto di El kantoui Stanze pulite piscina pulita Hotel da sistemare un po' e da rimodernare qualche cosa per il resto uno dei migliori hotel che o trovato a Tunisi

Soggiorno meraviglioso gente simpaticissima. Ma soprattutto animatori stupendi meravigliosi e molto divertenti. I miei figli si sono divertiti moltissimo ci ritornerei. Mangiare buono serate tra balli e giochi per bambini e grandi.

The Hotel experience was a mixed bag each good point was overshadowed by a bad point which for me overall means I'd not recommend this hotel Good - the room was large and clean. We overlooked the golf course and had a sea view and it was quiet at night. Housekeepong did come each day and clean the bathroom and floors. Bad - Bedding was not changed in the whole 10 days. Mini bar was not stocked. Water was provided after a tip was left. Good - The private bit of beach was easy accessible with lots of sunbeds. Water was warm and clear. Bad - lots of plastic and cigarette ends in sand, no bar on the beach. Good - pool was large and plenty of sunbeds. Grounds where clean and maintained. Swim up bar Bad - pool wasn't cleaned in 10 days we were there. Sand and debris on the floor of the pool. Tones of broken and loose tiles. Plastic glasses at swim up bar were just rinced under water not cleaned and they did Reuse the plastic straws. Good - food was fresh I don't believe it was reused day after day like some reports say. Bad - it was luke warm at best. Not much for vegetarians. Food not always labeled. Repetitive. Only 1 choice of white wine which was local and not to my taste. Meal times in the main restaurant always felt hectic. Not enough staff to replace table settings. Coffee cups where always on short supply. Tip - if you tip a waiter well on first day go to same spot each night and they will keep a table for you and insure you have what you need. But I'd not expect to have to do this in a 5 star hotel. Good - Animation team where fun they didn't hassle us to join in but plenty of people did. Bad - loud music on and off throughout the day. Repetitive same tracks each day. Overall I'd not go back and I wouldn't recommend it to others wanting a 5 star experience it's 3 star at best.

Struttura molto bella,spiaggia bellissima Sabbia bianca,reception molto valida,cordiali e sempre presente.Animazione al top,ragazzi davvero splendidi,molto carichi ma non invadendi.Le camere sono ottime.Esperienza da ripetere.

Where do I start... this review is for people searching for a hotel, not for the owner, who just replies but does nothing to improve on... 1st we arrived at our hotel El Mouradi club selima only to be diverted to club next door same owner, due to closing for winter. upon arrival sent straight to dinning area for leftover scraps.... found room smelt of paraffin oil, greasy floor with rubbish and cigarette butt's on the floor, and a bathroom held together with sealant and glass and mirrors cleaned with a greasy cloth, smears everywhere. Got a 2nd room, which was no better. So we were offered a 3rd which had been cleaned but cost us €20 bribe. At least it smelt of bleach. The bathroom is still held together with sealant. Room 689, No air-conditioning just a fan.....towels disappeared in the morning and not returned until late. So, when returning from the beach at midday to shower before eating, had nothing to dry off with. After asking at reception and being ignored several times by extremely rude staff. We got towels at 3pm. Woke up to no electricity in room 689, so back to reception eventually told its our hairdryer that we did not bring on holiday, tripping it out, next day no electricity again back to reception and told its my fault as I used the light switch, OK fix the switch. Eventually, the cleaning lady switched the breaker. Next day, there was no electricity yet again, so I found the electricity cupboard undone. I found the breaker cabinet and did it myself. Food hall...... well, it's worse than a black Friday sale. I couldn't believe it people piling food on as many plates that they could get( then leaving most of it, which i can understand). If you like greasy food, this is for you. I'm just glad that the Hard Rock Cafe is up the road. Best food and cooked to perfection. Unlike the hotel offerings. As with most other reviews waiting staff only look after those that tip, unlucky because I only tip at the end of the week, so I saved some money. Bar staff outside and at the beach were brilliant, laughing and joking, understandable, given the lack of drinks they have to work with..... Beach was nice..... Couldn't wait to go home...
