Je pense que l’hôtel me mérite pas 4 étoiles manque d’entretien les moquettes au sol très sale les portes usées.. pas de sèche cheveux

Beaucoup d’efforts à faire notamment au niveau de la restauration.

J’ai passé un bon séjour au sein d’hôtel el mouradi merci à toute l’équipe .

Un bel hôtel confortable adapté aux familles, une bonne cuisine et une mer limpide

Hotel importante fino ai primi anni 2000 adesso fatiscente.....abbiamo cambiato 4 camere tutte con moquette in stato orribile e armadi ammuffiti dove non si poteva riporre niente,reception incommentabile,in spiaggia già alle 9 lettini tutti occupati anche dal bagnino che sta un spiaggia e cucina assaggiando il cibo con le mani!!!!!...la sala ristorante con mobili marci come tutto l'hotel e se cade una forchetta nello sporco viene rimessa a posto cone go visto con i miei occhi,il cibo non comment....l'unico bravissimo il pizzaiolo della cena!!!!!....le camere quando venivano pulite mancava sempre qualche asciugamano e venivano pulite tardi.....per carità mai più!!!!!!

Ottima esperienza, personale gentile e disponibile, mangiare buono e il personale del ristorante molto gentile. Grazie a tutti, animazione, bar, reception ,vice direttore sempre a disposizione ,ibtissem gest relation,,,tutti personale senza eccezione solo che albergo ha bisogno di piccole ristrutturazioni Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana

Soggiorno meraviglioso gente simpaticissima. Ma soprattutto animatori stupendi meravigliosi e molto divertenti. I miei figli si sono divertiti moltissimo ci ritornerei. Mangiare buono serate tra balli e giochi per bambini e grandi.

Hygiene is not a priority in this hotel rooms are poor beds are okay towels thin and used. overall the people running the hotel are lovely our first room one five seven was disgusting. The the smell made me want to vomit The hotel staff moved us next day without a problem, food is not for the European pallet but there was always something to eat, beach beautiful sun lounger are in need a wash as you can smell other people's sweat on them, never seen them getting washed the whole time we were there, I realize Tunisa is a poor country and have different standards, what Im saying is. check out your hotel room before you accept it.The Port is very nice , Hard Rock Cafe five minute walk away where you can have a lovely meal and hear good music.

Definitely NOT 4 star, it's 2 or 3 star max Condition of hotel bedrooms not cleaned properly, ants crawling around and very dirty carpet in the hallways. There spa package Hammam is terrible, NO sauna steam or Suzuki which was in the package and massage was terrible. The food in hotel some of it wasn't edible or not fresh. I heard from few people being sick after eating including my daughter. The staff was great, The entertainment wasn't all that great at night. The activities during day very very little to do. The only great thing about the hotel it had a lovely beach and pool side and the dessert was great, the drinks was very limited in variety. My view is if you want 4 star go for 5 star hotel in Tunisia. Love Holidays you need to check this hotel out stay a week and you'll find out.
