Akouda: i migliori hotel con palestra

E partito tutto da quando sono arrivato e appena arrivati ero stanco volevo fare il check-in e andare in stanza invece mi hanno fatto perdere tempo a compilare un foglio con i miei dati anche se avevano già i miei dati dopo di che mi dà le chiavi per la stanza ma senza accompagnarmi c'è vi devo.dire sono stato in tanti alberghi a 4/5 stelle e c'era sempre qualcuno che mi accompagnava in stanza , ciò messo mezz'ora a trovare la stanza dopo di che apro la porta e vedo due letti singoli attaccati per fare un letto matrimoniale e un 3 letto singolo al lato e già da lì mi è iniziato un colpo con i mobili vecchi del 2005 tutti rotti graffiati lenzuola sporche asciugamani macchiati ecc potrei continuare per ore a descrivere poi seconda cosa io quando ho prenotato ho visto che l'aria condizionata c'era e vabbè non penso che devo vedere se c'era l'aria condizionata sapendo che è un 5 stelle ma in realtà è una cavolata mi hanno detto che non la accendono mai e ogni volta si inventano una data a me mi hanno detto che fino al 15 non potevano accenderla per motivi che non ho capito bah vabbè scendo giù erano le 19 per farmi un tuffo in piscina ma invece no la piscina dopo le 19 e chiusa sia quella dentro ed esterna anche il mare non è accessibile dopo le 19 , poi personale che non usufruiscono.della mascherina anticontagio palestre chiuse ristoranti dentro l'albero che non esistono apparte il buffet che trallatro online c'era scritto che c'erano 3 ristoranti palestre spa ecc in realtà non c'è nulla soprattutto il personale se lo dai 1 dinaro di mancia ti leccano pure i piedi sennò non fanno nulla ogni cosa che chiedi e un extra vi avverto le pulizie giornaliere sono.sc**** non igieniche velo sconsiglio questo hotel mi ricordo che quando ho fatto il check out non mi hanno nemmeno chiesto come mi sono trovato non mi hanno nemmeno detto buon rientro nulla solo incompetenti . Mai mai più ci sono alberghi a 4/5 stelle ma anche a 3 più professionali in quella zona mai più mi ha rovinato il weekend veramente non vedevo l'ora che finiva tutto

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

The Hotel experience was a mixed bag each good point was overshadowed by a bad point which for me overall means I'd not recommend this hotel Good - the room was large and clean. We overlooked the golf course and had a sea view and it was quiet at night. Housekeepong did come each day and clean the bathroom and floors. Bad - Bedding was not changed in the whole 10 days. Mini bar was not stocked. Water was provided after a tip was left. Good - The private bit of beach was easy accessible with lots of sunbeds. Water was warm and clear. Bad - lots of plastic and cigarette ends in sand, no bar on the beach. Good - pool was large and plenty of sunbeds. Grounds where clean and maintained. Swim up bar Bad - pool wasn't cleaned in 10 days we were there. Sand and debris on the floor of the pool. Tones of broken and loose tiles. Plastic glasses at swim up bar were just rinced under water not cleaned and they did Reuse the plastic straws. Good - food was fresh I don't believe it was reused day after day like some reports say. Bad - it was luke warm at best. Not much for vegetarians. Food not always labeled. Repetitive. Only 1 choice of white wine which was local and not to my taste. Meal times in the main restaurant always felt hectic. Not enough staff to replace table settings. Coffee cups where always on short supply. Tip - if you tip a waiter well on first day go to same spot each night and they will keep a table for you and insure you have what you need. But I'd not expect to have to do this in a 5 star hotel. Good - Animation team where fun they didn't hassle us to join in but plenty of people did. Bad - loud music on and off throughout the day. Repetitive same tracks each day. Overall I'd not go back and I wouldn't recommend it to others wanting a 5 star experience it's 3 star at best.

La mia famiglia, tra cui due bambini, era li', e purtroppo la mancanza di attrazioni e la scarsa qualità alimentare rappresentavano una sfida significativa.L'hotel era buono dall'esterno – un bel edificio bianco che sembrava pulito. In un bagno, tuttavia, abbiamo incontrato pareti rotte e un bagno danneggiato, il cambiamento di letti e di asciugamani si è verificato solo dopo la terza intervento, e le casse di polso sono cambiate solo il settimo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Il servizio complessivo era scarso e l'organizzazione dei pasti era al livello di un hotel 2-star, anche se ci fermavamo in un hotel 4-star. Le toilette dell'hotel erano bloccate e avevano un odore sgradevole. Il personale parlava poco inglese, rendendo la comunicazione difficile; inoltre, per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno, avevamo un problema con i gelati, che ci costringeva a usare principalmente la piscina, dove, purtroppo, i capelli galleggianti erano talvolta presenti. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, l'attesa per pancake o pizza ha richiesto fino a 30 minuti, e le dimensioni delle porzioni sono state limitate. Le snack disponibili tra le 4:00 e le 6:00 sono state anche deludenti, mentre le cozze hanno durato 20-30 minuti solo per ottenere un semplice sandwich. Per spostarlo, l'autobus all'aeroporto è arrivato 30 minuti dopo, e ho ricevuto un messaggio automatico nell'app che mi ha insegnato a chiamare una linea di aiuto polacca, che era assurdo considerando che ero in Tunisia, non nel Mar Baltico. Non sono disposto a pagare per una chiamata in Polonia dalla Tunisia. In sintesi, mi dispiace di aver scelto questo hotel e, in qualche misura, la destinazione. L'intera esperienza, dal volo problematico alle condizioni di hotel scarse, dalla mancanza di attrazioni e dal mancato cibo, ha fatto di noi un soggiorno molto inferiore alle aspettative. Purtroppo, non è stata né una buona viaggia né una buona scelta per una vacanza familiare.

Recentemente tornato da una splendida vacanza familiare. Tutti i membri del personale erano brillanti, fab di squadra di animazione, ricezione sempre utile e sorridente. Le fiere di piscina laterale erano eccezionali. Non c'era nulla di troppo problema per lui. Cibo bellissimo, quasi troppo scelta. Piscina pulita e spiaggia. Un po' fuori dal centro turistico per me, ma negozi e altri ristoranti in pochi minuti a piedi.
