La camera si affaccia sulla pista da sci e gode di una vista pittoresca. Si tratta di un appartamento servito dove è possibile sciare e uscire con gli sci, e le attrezzature della cucina sono abbastanza complete. L'esperienza di soggiorno è stata molto positiva e non vedo l'ora di tornarci l'anno prossimo durante la stagione della neve!

Very beautiful hotel! And the location is good for ski. The restaurant is also good and delicious.

Beautiful accommodation. Conveniently located at Yu Kiroro with ski in ski out. Not crowded. Slopes are good for beginners and intermediate skiers. Powder days are common!

Excellent place to enjoy a ski trip

We stayed at Yu Kiroro for one week and it was the best vacation my family could have asked for! You definitely need a car if you will be staying here and there’s plenty of parking for guests outside and near the hotel across the street. The entrance is very welcoming and we felt at home right away. When you check in, each guest receives a complementary parfait and one access to private onsen. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with dish-washer, oven, microwave, and a massive fridge so we simply bought groceries when we felt like staying in at a local supermarket (I recommend TRIAL). The bathrooms were also very nice with room and floor heating so your feet won’t get cold in the morning. The sheets were crisp and clean and the massive window in each room had an amazing view and sunlight on a good day. The restaurant within the hotel was very affordable yet served high quality food with great view of nature. They also offer family friendly activities such as horse riding, morning walks, and outdoor bbq. Overall, it was a great experience to escape from the city to relax and go to onsen every night before it closes at 12 am. They are also very reasonable with room keeping and respectful with our privacy and time as we stayed in a lot. This place is a must try, and we will definitely go back especially in winter! Ask for Alan when you need help and their team will definitely make your stay a memorable one!

Great experience. It is summertime so it took a 20-minute drive to visit near cities but it will be an advantage in winter for ski.

Hotel is beautiful, but more like services apartment. Room towels change after 3 days. If ask for a fresh one need to charge. Service is good but everything need extra charge. 2 bottles of water provide on the first day, after that water need to charge. Not like a hotels have water provide everyday and fresh towels as well. Ski in and out not possible in this moment, due to ski lift is closed.

Perfect location with perfect view from the room including all facilities inside our room. Highly recommended for family travelling.

The shortage of staff make it not 5 stars hotel

スキー場と直結でとても便利でした。温泉もサウナも最高な癒し時間を過ごせました。 スタッフも親切で海外向けサービスも充実しています。 部屋で料理しながら家族と楽しく過ごせます。また行きたいと思います！

酒店房好大 乾淨 舒服 好似屋企咁， 樓下就有滑雪場， 仲有ski valet 幫手keep snow board 同雪鞋， 溫泉有private 同 public , 訂左private 雖然只有一個鐘， 但好舒服， 晚餐都選擇左yu Kiroro餐廳內食， 好好味， 可惜只係訂左一晚， 但就算只係一晚， resort 工作人員都好好， 第二日check out 之後 仲可以用其設施， 如果冇咁好的點就係check out 10點 有少少早 ， 如果遲過10點 每小時收費 ， 整體來講好開心

房間非常有品位，寬敞、明亮、舒適。雖然是度假酒店，但很安靜。湯也不錯。 Kiroro滑雪場超級贊，雪質極佳，每天甚至每一趟都有新雪。

這是涉外酒店設施很新房間寬敞，各種器具全有高又大對我們北方人使用很順手方便，早餐很日式西餐自助，日餐份飯給你送到桌上。這裡有很多滑雪場附近的網球場和田徑場也不少，這位於青山中間的飯店真好。
