Where to begin, and most importantly, how to sufficiently thank each member of this extraordinary team? I had an incredible stay at Zoya last week, and every person who took care of me contributed to making it unforgettable. Everything is perfect: the location, the food, the services, the activities, the facilities... there is nothing to complain about: Zoya is an incredible place that solves all your problems by offering you a bubble of paradise during your stay. Everything is clean, new, modern, calming, and the cuisine is exceptional. But what struck me the most: the people. Zoya is above all a human-sized structure, where every staff member calls you by your name, smiles sincerely at you, and makes you feel like a true guest, as if taking care of you is truly the most important thing. A place where the lifeguard rushes to bring you a towel before you even reach your sun lounger, and where every evening someone takes the time to light a fire and maintain it so you can relax in a magical atmosphere under the stars. Thanks to Clarice for the organization, to the doctor and the dietitian for their attention, to Maya for her special attention to the rooms, to Nimi for the incredible yoga classes she gives, the attention she gives to everyone, and her extraordinary voice that soothes your stay, to Irish and the entire spa team for their professionalism, competence, and kindness, to Mohamed, Shara, and the entire restaurant team for their smiles and kindness, to Manish for his help and professionalism, to the entire healthcare team (nurses, physiotherapists), and all the people I had the chance to meet during my stay. Bellissima struttura moderna, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera enorme e dotata di tutti i confort con una grande balconata panoramica. Incredibile la piscina. Eccellente il servizio e la dedizione del personale al benessere dell’ospite. Qualche defaillance al ristorante centrale, migliorabile sia per la qualità del cibo, ma sono gusti, che per l’organizzazione del servizio, un po’ lento. Ottima la SPA. Manca qualcosina per raggiungere il livello dei vari Oberoi visitati in India ma comunque uno standard molto alto, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno in questo hotel. La ricezione alla reception è stata molto amichevole e precoce. La camera era grande e pulita e con una bella vista sulla spiaggia e sul mare. La spiaggia è una spiaggia privata, la spiaggia e le letti sono molto pulite e si ottiene i pannolini posizionati dall'hotel. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il tramonto sulla spiaggia. Con il pacchetto All Inclusive è stato possibile ordinare caffè, cola, succo, Sprite, ecc. e acqua sulla spiaggia. Il cibo ha saputo bene in media e ogni giorno c'era una scelta alternata. Eravamo molto entusiasti del buffet!! I camerieri sono molto amichevoli. C'è una grande piscina all'hotel, nonché una piscina con lettini fantastici. Tutte le strutture erano molto pulite. Posso consigliare questo hotel e vorrei tornare! 😍

The service was great. Right from the beginning Nasser checked us in at the reception he was super friendly with lovely smile all the time. Nasser, Hema and supervisor Mohamned were very helpful in getting me my 3 rooms on same floor. Sandeepani in dining area was one great soul who serviced me everytime I went for my meals. Amena did a great job with my room cleanup service. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to all traveller's interested in visiting Ajman.

The location is perfect , sea view rooms. I came from abudhabi and my transportation will be at 3pm the next day and they are so kind that they have provided me a later check out. But the high light of the property is the house keeping supervisor named Mr. Kazeem. His so friendly and having the perfect smile and good customer service. He deserved to be infront where the guest will see his smile once they entered the property. Keep it up Kazeem. See you again ☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante le vacanze Eid con la mia famiglia e siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Prima di tutto, la posizione è sorprendente! È nel centro della città e tutto quello che ti serve è proprio intorno all'angolo. In secondo luogo, ci piace la vista e ringraziiamo il team per averci dato la nostra richiesta di vista sul mare; in terzo luogo, il loro servizio è grande e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze e la richiesta il più rapidamente possibile. Per noi è molto importante e apprezziamo la rapidità del vostro personale: abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi minori durante il soggiorno, ma tutto è stato risolto e siamo felici. Infine, vorrei congratularmi con la signora Jennifer per averci dato un caloroso benvenuto, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa.
