Hotel in zona La Chambre Aux Confitures, Aix-en-Provence

Camera pulita e aggiornata con cucina piccola che ha tutto molto bel personale utile 10 min passeggiata al centro ho avuto un grande balcone (ma non c'è privacy tra l'altro balcone ) e il balcone è fuori dalla vasca che era un po 'strano .... molto tranquilla camera buona soggiorno

We stayed for three nights. Overall, we don’t feel that Le Pigonnet should currently be open. It is our impression that the staff agree. The hotel is currently communicating to guests that the late arrival of building materials accounts for the extent of current building works. We find this hard to believe- months after re-opening, the ongoing works are very extensive. The hotel seems many many months away from finishing building works as of July 2024. Esprit de France is a large hospitality company, and this hotel is one of their flagship properties. We feel they are showing disregard for their guests (and employees) by remaining open. We feel this decision was likely made by a corporate entity with little empathy for the guests, or employees. I want to paint a picture of the state of the hotel: - The main hotel building and restaurant are empty shells- there is literally no floor, plumbing, or electricity. There are no windows or doors (though these were being installed in front of breakfasting guests during our stay) - There is nowhere indoors for breakfast. When we enquired where breakfast would be moved if it rained during service (and it did, though only lightly), we were met with a shrug. We imagine it is the same for lunch and dinner. - There are no indoor spaces/lounges/bar areas for anyone arriving early prior to check-in or for someone who simply wants to sit - The hotel “office/reception” has a single toilet and vanity for staff and guests - To hide the building works the hotel has invested in what would be tens of thousands of dollars of potted plants. They are still in plastic tubs, and blow over in inclement weather (literally onto guests during our first breakfast). Some have died and not been moved. - During outdoor breakfast service, there were multiple tradespeople visible literally feet from guests. There was drilling and hammering. This was on a Saturday and Sunday (after being told no building works would take place on the weekend). Breakfast was (in spite of earnest staff) such a comedy that we were entertained. - Guest Wifi regularly drops out entirely (why renovation would effect this is a mystery) We were initially accommodated in a room in a separate villa from the main hotel. This was thehe worst rooms we have ever stayed in (arriving at 1am we felt unable to complain to the pleasant night porter). We could hear when the person staying in the room above us was going to the toilet. This was not only because every shoeless footstep was clearly audible, but also because the unclad drainage pipe ran straight through our dressing room. Every drop of liquid from the room above could be heard tinkling through the pipes. The floor was so dusty that our feet were brown from stepping to the toilet. The bath and shower area stank (and there was no toilet in this space). This space, which does not seem to be under renovation (comical really given the rest of the property is) should be closed. Buongiorno, scrivo questo esprimendo la mia estrema insoddisfazione con il vostro servizio: ho fatto una prenotazione con l'arrivo il 6 luglio e la partenza il 9 luglio, a nome di Fredric Baraza. Ho comunicato per telefono all'hotel che non arriverei il 6 ma piuttosto il 7 luglio, poiché avevo altri impegni che mi hanno costretto a spingere il mio volo. Sono arrivato all'impianto il 7 e mi sono rimasto disgustato, mi è stato detto che avevo una prenotazione per una sola notte. Il personale entrava nella mia stanza la mattina per informarmi che non dovevo essere in camera, che mi ha fatto molto arrabbiare e mi è stato lasciato senza opzione, ma lasciare la stanza. 2. Esprimere la mia estrema insoddisfazione con il vostro servizio.

Cerchiamo un hotel vicino a tutto , super accoglienza e belle e spaziose camere . L’accoglienza al top , caldo e benvenuto, consiglio senza riserve e congratulazioni al personale di oggi in ogni caso . Questo cambia alcune catene di hotel impersonali . Abbiamo recitato Orléans...

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

Non consiglierei questo hotel. -Difficile da trovare -Lontano dal centro città (15 euro Uber a tratta) -nessuna salvietta fornita -solo un piccolo rotolo di carta igienica fornito (e mezzo usato) -distributori di sapone quasi vuoti -nessun asciugacapelli -l'aria condizionata non funzionava non funziona - non è stato consentito il check-in anticipato - macchie sui muri - vetri rotti nell'armadio - ragnatele - tenda da doccia ammuffita - la maniglia della doccia era rotta e non rimaneva sul supporto - Fanno pagare $ 7 per pulizia (la pulizia giornaliera non è incluso!!) Questi sono i motivi per cui non ci tornerei né consiglierei di soggiornare. Questo hotel necessita di miglioramenti e cure. I lati positivi: - Il personale è gentile - Il letto era comodo - Parcheggio gratuito in strada davanti o solo $ 5 in metropolitana

Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l’environnement dans la pinède était calme. - stationnement facile - petit déjeuner correct Pour les points négatifs (malheureusement …): - invasion de fourmis dans la partie salon de notre suite - la piscine naturellement filtrée ne nous a pas du tout emballé (couleur verte et algues) et pas d’ombre par 40 degrés. - nous avions demandé de payer en chèques ANCV à l’arrivée mais l’hôtel nous a débité le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir… J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. J’ai appelé quelques heures seulement après notre départ. J’ai eu plusieurs interlocuteurs pendant trois jours. On devait me rappeler mais à part un jeune homme dimanche soir, qui n’a rien trouvé personne n’a rien fait et le vêtement s’est mystérieusement volatilisé. Je suis déçue car il me semble qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles doit quand même proposer un certain standing aux clients. J’ai demandé à être rappelée par un responsable. J’attends encore… Quel dommage !

Abbiamo trascorso una buona permanenza in questo hotel , lettera di buona qualità,camera pulita e funzionale ,la piccola terrazza è un più ,il colazione è di qualità , e il personale dell'accoglienza , del colazione , della piscina , Le camere e la sala sportive sono persone molto simpatiche e hanno contribuito a un buon soggiorno, grazie, presto.

Hotel molto buono e a pochi km dall’aeroporto, ha un servizio shuttle di cui non abbiamo usufruito. La stanza tutto in regola. Molto molto buona la colazione con dei piccoli muffin con cuore ripieno di cioccolato. L’unico difetto è la colazione all’aperto che da verso un capannone industriale molto rumoroso, ma è un dettaglio
