Un posticino molto accogliente e di buon gusto nel cuore della città! Personale molto accogliente e un grazie ad Emma per la gentilezza e cortesia! Stanze spaziose e molto curate con opere d’arte esposte in ogni angolo! Colazione molto buona! Lo consiglio volentieri! Aix en Provence veramente bella!!

Meravigliosa residenza con poche stanze una più bella dell'altra. Si respira subito lo spirito discreto ed elegante della maison. Le camere sono spaziose, con molti oggetti di design, opere d'arte e affacciano tutte sul cortile interno dove si fa colazione all'aperto. La posizione è più che ottima in quanto nel pieno centro di Aix e rende molto facile visitare il centro ed i luoghi di interesse della città. Se poi aggiungiamo una colazione divina (attenzione a pagamento), gentilezza e disponibilità a consigliare sia itinerari che posti dove pranzare o cenare non manca proprio nulla!

It’s been a while since we visited but this hotel stays with us as one of the best during our trip around Provence! The lovely owners were so friendly and helpful at breakfast time, and the rooms absolutely beautiful in one of our new favourite places. Would highly recommend, thank you.

Amazing stay in Aix-en-Provence! Folks, we picked AIX due to my wife searching for a quintessential French town before our time with friends in the French Riveria. We picked the perfect town, but this guest house/inn was simply amazing. Let's start with the service, Silvio, his wife Emma and his daughter are amazing hosts and very kind and thoughtful about your experience. The place is designed impeccably, great vibe, clean as a pin, and very comfortable. We explored the city and then looked forward to coming back each time to relax and enjoy the room. I highly reccomend to anyone who wants high end hotel service, but not a hotel in the best provence in that area. Thank you to Silvio and Emma. We will be back. This is a gem of a guest house with wonderful hosts, Silva and Emma. Our room was comfortable, breakfast delicious and the staff so friendly and helpful. Le Maison Collectionneur is tucked away on a quiet street and yet so close to restaurants, museums and shopping. We enjoyed the collection of art in this very historic building.

Gorgeous rooms, welcoming and helpful staff, great quiet location yet close to everything you'd want to see and visit. The staff gave great suggestions on things to do. The bed was super comfortable and it was gret to have tea, a coffee maker, and speciality candies in the room

We spent a blissful five nights at Maison de Collectionneur. Silvio and his entire team are so kind and made us feel very welcome, from his first text and email, even before we arrived. The guesthouse is very quiet and luxurious, and is in a perfect location to explore Aix-En-Provence on foot. It is located on a quiet, controlled access street in the Mazarin district, and each day, it felt like we were returning to a lovely private home. There are wonderful patisserie shops, a gourmet cheese shop, and several wine merchants within a few blocks of the guesthouse. It is also an easy walk to Coeur Mirabeau, the rotunda, TI, and the Place Richelme. The only negative was the claw foot tube in our room, so if that is a concern, try one of the other rooms. We had two wonderful meals at Chez Charlotte, an adorable restaurant not too far from the guesthouse. We will return to Aix, and we will definitely stay at Maison de Collectionneur on our next visit!

I stayed at Maison du Collectionneur for 2 nights in October 2023. My room on the second floor was large and bright and although facing the street, very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also large and well appointed (with great water pressure). The breakfast (at a reasonable additional price) was also lovely. The location is excellent -- close to the loveliest areas of Aix, but not among hordes of tourists. But the more I travel, the more I realize that what makes a hotel great is the staff. The managers, Emma and Silvio, could not have been more welcoming, warm and helpful. This is a lovely small hotel, but Emma and Silvio made my visit one to remember. Especially because of them, I would be delighted to stay here again

Our stay was exceptional! Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a claw foot tub and a lovely shuttered balcony that allowed fresh air and the sounds of church bells on the hour!
