Good
1. Nice location. It’s almost middle in the old city . Almost all the world heritage mosque was walking distance from here .
2. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Even I arrived late night 2 pm they still maintain the good service to me .
Not Good
1. The room which gives to me a bit small compared to the picture on website.
2. Ventilation was very bad . It will full of smell of cocking on corridors when hotel kitchen operating.

Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff's professionalism and friendliness made us feel right at home, always ready to assist with a smile. The food exceeded our expectations, with a diverse menu of delicious options that satisfied every palate. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush bedding and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you

Everything is good, but they should offer a 1 hour complimentary stay, they are very strict, have asked to check out only by 11 am very hard to allow for them to allow me 30 mins.

Though room is small but it and attached bathroom is found neat and tidy. One item of amenities ie hair comb was found to be used one. Even after complaint, no attention was paid to replace it. Surrounding area of hotel is very untidy. If lift went out of order the alternate rout arrangements of stair is very dirty and unsecure in night time.

Room is small. Bath room is clean and tidy and good shap. The used hair comb with hair was provided. Even on complaint, hotel staff did not paid any attention.

It was comfortable and no complaints. Location in a busy area. Food good. Rooms were large enough. Staff were also very accommodating.
