Sono stato qui in un breve viaggio e ho avuto il miglior soggiorno al Taj! Tutto era liscio dall'iscrizione al servizio. Le camere sono spaziose e così confortevoli! Il cibo era delizioso anche! La salata Niçoise qui vale la pena provare. È assolutamente amato! Menzione speciale al cuoco Neeraj che ha fatto il check-in e si è assicurato che il cibo era a nostro piacere! Favoloso soggiorno in generale! Sicuramente sarebbe tornato!

My wife first came to check out the room in November. The same one we saw on the website. When she came they showed her the same exact room as shown on the website. It was nice. Then they told us not to book online because it's better if we book at the hotel. They wanted to charge us 1500 inr more than the site, so we refused. My wife booked it online. Then when we came to check in, the room they gave us was a different room. Not the one shown in the photos online. It was a Terrible room. The tv did not work at all and the window shade would not close. So it was really bright in the room, sun side. The bathroom shower curtain looked so old, I wanted to puke. Not the one shown in the photo, it had glass doors. So we complained and asked for the room from the photos. So yea they changed our room. The we started to relax in the room, but then noticed there was no window shade on 1 of the windows as well. But atleast it was not on the sun side. Then we tried to lay on the bed. The sheets wernt really clean. And the bed wasn't really comfortable. The next morning we went for a shower. No hot water at all. We even let the water run for atleast 20 minutes. And still no hot water. They ensured us they had hot water after we asked, and they wernt sure what was wrong. And they didn't have another room available. The water was freezing cold. At night trying to sleep, there was so much noise, inside the building between 11pm and 4am. It was so hard to sleep. Right above us was so much noise. Only giving it 3 stars because the staff, not the front desk or the guy that tried to charge us more, but the room service staff was very nice and accommodating. With that being said, next trip to Ahmedabad. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.. I understand it's not a Marriott. But please atleast have warm water so i could shower properly. Also when we checked in they scanned my passport, they kept pushing the scanner down and took the scan a few times. They flattened out my passport which is annoying now that it won't stay completely closed.

Hotel dove ho passato 55 giorni nel 2021 e 4 giorni nel novembre del 2023 la qualità e affidabilità del gruppo Hilton è impeccabile come sempre. Camere belle ampie e pulito. Ristorante del hotel è a buffet e tipicamente Indiano ma si può ordinare anche qualche piatto internazionale alla carta (non tantissimi) Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Un grazie in particolare a Munaf del bar HOP come sempre impeccabile.

The rooms were clean very comfortable and the bed was amazing, front office team very much helpful and thanks to all make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. Property was also clean and the amenities were good. I highly recommend this hotel anyone. Thank you all.
