Struttura molto bella e ordinata. Spazi comuni sempre ben puliti, ambienti luminosi e ben arredati e curati. Infinity pool da sogno. Teli forniti dalla struttura ogni giorno. Spiaggia privata non molto ampia ma carina e ben tenuta. Personale gentile, specialmente i ragazzi della piscina. Colazione abbondante e varia con vista piscina/mare. Camere spaziose, ampie, silenziose e luminose. Unica cosa che rimodernerei la doccia e gli asciugacapelli (ma conoscendo la gente capisco perché hanno ancora quelli a parete (impossibili da rubare)). Presente Kit cortesia che viene rifornito all'occorrenza, ciabatte e accappatoi. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno. A differenza degli ambienti comuni la pulizia stanze potrebbe essere più accurata per un 5 stelle. Nota di merito per il servizio navetta gratuito che dalle 18 alle 24 accompagna (andata e ritorno) a Mykonos Town su prenotazione in reception. Davvero comodo e puntuale. Posizione comoda avendo un mezzo a noleggio. Poco sotto l'hotel si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Agios Ioannis dove ci sono un paio di locali per la cena( consiglio Pili). Consigliato!

Ho visitato questa proprietà qualche giorno fa. Ho soggiornato sul DEPIS PLACE solo ma è una grande scelta per le famiglie. L'hotel soddisfaceva le mie aspettative, spazioso, tranquillo e pulito. Ho preso una grande stanza sul primo piano con un balcone. Il letto era così rilassante e il bagno aveva una nuova doccia! Il personale del Front Desk era amichevole e mi ha dato informazioni preziose sulla città. L'unico meno, non c'era champagne sul bagno, quindi ho dovuto comprare dal mercato locale. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è disabilità, la ricezione mi manda una mappa, ma anche con questo mi ci è voluto molto per trovarla!

The location and hotel are fantastic, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool is very nice and service at pool is outstanding as well as breakfast. I am only giving 3 stars as the Managment and front desk fail to understand a customer’s complaints and argue there points. We had dinner our first night in there Fine dining restaurant, 2 hours after our salad our main course came. I returned mine as lost appetite. They offered complementary desserts but should have offered N/C for the meal. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they said the manager told them 25 min delay, there were 4 of us that disputed but instead of accepting responsibility fluffed it off,. Again at checkout reiterated our complaint and no accommodation on the charge. 2nd we booked a tour to Delos from the hotel 80E each including transport to the dock for ferry. We asked if local bus goes to dock by little Vince and was advised it’s a different dock. In reality the tour transit 20 E each dropped us off on the other side of the dock with a long walk, if anyone is handicapped or has walking issues forget it. The local bus 2E lets you off near ferry a short walk but the staff didn’t advise option. We returned and asked them why you did not advise us the option and there response was the local bus is sometimes delayed( ride is 25min) but we should have the option and can plan to be there in advance as plenty of time to walk around . We are Not thrifty travelers but also don’t liked being ripped off. Bottom line the property , pool, location are very good but for the prices charged I cannot provide a better raising. FYI I travel internationally for business and vacation and if by myself would have checked out after the 1st night based on our treatment at dinner and there response Sorry Ambassador but facts are facts

Nektarios e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fatto ‘sentire a casa’ . Sono venuti a prenderci all’aeroporto all’arrivo a Naxos e ci hanno riportato al ritorno, ogni giorno al rientro dalla spiaggia ci attendeva sempre un frutto oppure un succo fresco insomma. La struttura è in una posizione strategica a due passi dal centro (Chora) e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge sia con il bus sia con i mezzi. Belle le camere dotate di tutti i confort con piccola cucina attrezzata di tutto pulizia ottima e cambio tutti i giorni della biancheria da bagno. Consigliatissino!
