Ottima la cena e la colazione con grande varietà di cibi.. camera spaziosa e pulita.. piscina grande.. simpatia del personale niente da dire! Consiglio per chi come me ha visitato creta a tappe prenotandosi un itinerario e utilizzando alberghi come punti di appoggio.

Only 25 minutes from airport a very small town very close to the beach. There are NO lifts in this hotel lots of up and down steps and steep ramps. No really suitable for anyone who has difficulty moving about. Hotel spotless and no shortage in clean towels and bedding. Some rooms still need refreshing as they are old inside. Staying all inclusive Food good but repetitive. Staff are brilliant and so helpful. Local drinks and spirits. Not a lot of choice. Early season so many of the bars in the town are getting ready. Hotel bar isn’t open yet just a small snack bar where you get your drinks. If you want a quiet life it is nothing much to see or do.so a car would be useful. Only a few local shops with the basics. Clothes not cheap nor is the sun creams. The shops neatly sell the same things but some odd ladies boutiques. But people are very kind and helpful. Will update at the end if my holiday.

I would recommend staying here. The room was not perfect, but for one week it was okay. All the staff in hotel was very very friendly, nice and very kind to children. The food was delicious! We liked all inclusive drinks and pizza at the bar. The pool was great for kids to play at. The beach was walking distance, 5 minutes. We would go again especially because of the staff who worked there.

All in all this was quite a disappointment, both the hotel and town itself. As others have mentioned this hotel is extremely dated. Staff do their best but hotel needs a real refurb and update. We booked on ******* a “garden view room”. We ended up with a basement room with almost no natural light overlooking a wall! Seemingly it was a “refurbished” room. It was timy and had been given a recent slapdash coat of white paint (furniture also painted) and bathroom tiled. We asked for another room and were shown to the dingy and dated appartment across the road but we also said No Thanks to that. Food is just ok, nothing to write home about and drinks bare standard offerings. It’s a bit like a school canteen imo. If you are a family with young kids and on a budget and your expectations are not too high I think maybe this hotel might suit you if you don’t pay too much or get a good deal as the all inclusive ice creams, pizza and drinks are ideal for children. Otherwise I would think twice before booking here. Agia Pelagia itself does not have a lot going on even in high season and lacks any real charm.

It is not a 4 star hotel. The building and the whole complex is very old. all the rooms smell of mold. Non-Functional air conditioner. very old tv. Food. although in abundance, always the same and not at all tasty. being at the seaside you expect to eat fish or seafood at least daily. You will not receive at all. many times the food left over from lunch was reserved for the evening, but not under ideal conditions. when I arrived at the complex, it doesn't look like the pictures on the net at all. we were not even accommodated there. they took us somewhere 200 meters away from the complex, in an extremely old and dirty apartment.

Hôtel horrible, pas d’ambiance. Personnel de la réception non accueillant, non souriants. N’aident pas, pour aucun renseignements. Le reste du personnel est bien. All insclusif pas terrible appart les pizzas, pas beaucoup de choix pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande. Pour les excursions, il faut se débrouiller tout seuls, la correspondante française n’est pas très agréable non plus, difficile de l’avoir et appart le code de la carte bleu elle ne demande pas grand chose. Au niveau de la piscine à partir de 8h, plus de transat disponible, ils sont tous réservés par des personnes qui les occupe de 17h a 18h.

Very good hotel food very good plenty of drinks very friendly staff manager is all way round making sure everything is ok. Close to shops and amenities a few restaurants around area not tried any but thinking about it for summit different would definitely come back.

The hotel is nice enough but I would say stay in the main complex there are several add on buildings nearby....don't believe the photos there very well taken the sea and beach are a 10 minute walk away I wouldn't want to stay here in high season the pool and dining areas and bars will be manic if all the rooms are full and there nowhere near enough room by the pool for 600 rooms filled with guests.... And watch the "lifeguard"at the pool my wife put some sun tan oil on so she could sunbathe and he came running across shouting no baby oil in the pool even though we had no i intention of getting in the pool and if the kids have too much fun he starts blowing his whistle and stopping them playing and there's only about 30 people here so have no idea what he will be like when the place is full and if you don't like steps keep away there's hundreds of them

The main hotel apparently is well equipped and modern,,food excellent service excellence X10 Panis and Evelina xxxx ,,,but if for some reason you get to taken to the annex outside the main hotel called Paul's plaza,this is a add on that used to be self catering old furniture and a total disgrace to be even part of this hotel , just stuck a sign on the outside saying Alexander ,real shame as it lets this lovely place down ,,small town ,ideal for a relaxing week ,would love some feedback about the rooms marked 600 plus ,,at reception refuse to go
