Se rispondete a questo punto, non guardate più oltre le suite infinite di Castello, perché vi assicurerò che non vi pentirete. La nostra camera aveva una piscina infinita, arrivato in una stanza molto pulita e durante il nostro soggiorno di 6 giorni ogni giorno la nostra stanza era pulita e riempita di asciugamani e è stata ristrutturata in modo perfetto. Abbiamo avuto colazione ogni mattina e è stato un servizio veloce, con grande scelta di menu e qualcosa per tutti. Abbiamo anche cena che è ancora fenomenale. Bevande sia alcol che dolce sono di alta qualità e di grande qualità. Ora sul personale... abbiamo viaggiato in molti paesi e il servizio ricevuto in questo hotel è 10/10!!! polizia, utile, sempre sorridente, molto chiaro parlato inglese, e fanno il loro massimo per aiutare. Non posso trovare colpa per nessuno dei nostri 6 giorni di soggiorno. Non conosciamo tutti i nomi del personale, ma 4 persone che abbiamo incontrato molto erano George Ioannidis l’Operazione Manager dell’Hotel che è la persona più professionale, gentile, utile e gentile che abbiamo incontrato nel mondo del servizio clienti. Abbiamo incontrato una cameriera che serviva e lei ha fornito un servizio eccellente, poi un altro maschio che ci serviva ancora molto, anche molto elevati standard di presentazione quando serviva. Infine, vorremmo commentare la donna che lavora alla ricezione che è ancora molto utile, sa come accogliere gli ospiti e sempre sorridendo. Ho pianificato di proporre al mio ora fidanzato e George Ioannidis e il personale ha aiutato a far vivere il sogno. Hanno lavorato molto duramente per renderla un'occasione speciale e romantica e nessuna richiesta che ho fatto era troppo grande o troppo dura. Hanno lasciato non solo una grande rappresentanza di Creta, ma anche il loro hotel. Quando torniamo a Creta non rimarremo altrove. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti che hanno perfettamente reso il nostro soggiorno il vostro duro lavoro è apprezzato.

Nous avons pris le forfait demi-pension, c'était le même menu pour 5 nuits. Seulement quelques plats et les plats ne sont pas à notre goût. Le menu pour les autres clients sont meilleurs. On était très déçu. On n'a pas mangé pour la 5e journée car les menus sont les mêmes Seulement quelques choix. Je ne recommande pas demi-pension pour cet hôtel.

The review by chavee sums up just about everything that I would say about this place. Well done! My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet one expects when you go to an adults only place. The room was amazing, the grounds were made up for lazing by the pool on lounges or picking a king size sun bed in the sun or in the shade. We were lucky enough to have a deck large enough to incorporate two lounges, a king size sun bed plus our own private pool. I like to do body resistant exercise routines morning and night so the deck was perfect for this with a final dip in the pool that was soooo refreshing! The cleaning staff kept our room clean and tidy, the eating area staff and hostess were totally amazing as well. They kept our table clean of dishes as we finished each dish. Management should be very proud of the staff that they have working for them. Staff like this is worth their weight in gold. I if you stay here and feel like something to eat on site try the daily chef special. It changes daily and I was not diasappointed. Thank you for the great meals chef! I totally highly recommend the Malena!!

Struttura incredibile con molteplici piscine, ampie stanze ed ottima palestra con vista tramonto. Approfittatene per effettuare i corsi di Yoga e Pilates inclusi per gli ospiti. Colazione abbondante, formula all inclusive con buffet niente male. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di portare dei panini freschi con noi per le nostre visite giornaliere nei paraggi. Per chi gradisse una esperienza food un pò più esclusiva invece ci sono altri opzioni a la carte, inclusa una taverna greca ed un ristorante con cucina asiatica. Piccola nota: avrei gradito una macchina del caffè (tipo Nespresso) in stanza per le suites, sarebbe stata molto comoda per bere un buon caffè al risveglio già in stanza o quando non si vuole andare al bar dell'hotel. Ringrazio particolarmente il receptionist Manu per tutte le chicche su Creta che mi ha dato, la ragazza con i capelli ricci del guest relation, il general manager Jannis ed il direttore per aver resto la nostra esperienza indimenticabile.
