We truly welcome and value your comments as direct feedback always helps us to try harder, in order to improve our services. We are disappointed, that we did not exceed your expectations as we always try to do with our guests and would like to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay with us. The Apollo Palace team makes a continuous effort for quality service and through training, we try to improve day by day. Service has always been an important value for our company, and we will continue to work in this direction. Please allow us to point out some issues: Our Housekeeping service is daily and during this process, we change the towels (if they are laying on the floor or in the shower/bathtub, due to the hotel’s environmental policy), remove any garbage, make up the beds and clean the floor. The bed linen is scheduled to be changed every third day of the guest’s stay, due to our environmental policy, but in case we receive any request that the bed linen should be changed earlier, we are more than pleased to do so. All our rooms have been recently refreshed and we will continue improving them. Please note that when you have on the door a do not disturb sign no one is allowed to enter the room. Corfu island, in general, has a very bad internet connection throughout the island and this affects everyone. This year though we changed our internet providers, and we are trying hard to succeed the best possible internet speed all over our resort. Food & Beverage quality has always been one of our first priorities and we would like to reassure you that we are placing every effort to deliver the best possible result. Our food quality is one of the best you can find in an all-inclusive hotel. Considering your respectful view, everything is freshly cooked every day. We have also added our healthy corner with fresh fruits gluten-free products and freshly squeezed fruit mix. Regarding lunch and dinner buffets (and in particular our dinner), we are constantly looking for new quality products to enrich and achieve the greatest possible variety in our buffet. Every evening there is a different theme night like Italian, Greek, Fish Night, Asian etc. As you had probably noticed our restaurant has a massive scale of carefully selected food which we are sure indulged in our customer’s needs. There is always something for everyone from gluten-free products to vegan even sushi. Our chefs are always there to guide you through our buffets and if there is anything special that you may need, they will prepare it just for you. Our main restaurant host daily more than 900 people three times per day. As you can understand the the number is huge and our colleagues doing the best possible to deliver the best possible service for all o
