GgwenReally spacious room & in room onsen was the best. Location was 5 mins away from the main walking street & anyone staying there MUST try a yakitori restaurant just beside the hotel. A gem in a hole.

Jjia yun kokThe ryokan's location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk to Yubatake. Our stay was superb and amazing—the staff provided excellent service, and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. The onsen was fantastic, though it is only available during selected hours and not 24/7. Additionally, there is a fee for the private onsen.

間酒店感覺好舒服，間房有私人露台風呂♨️，可以自己靜靜地浸溫泉，夠哂私隱。朝早起身一打開窗就見到滑雪場，冬天嚟特別有 feel。酒店位置唔錯，開車去湯畑行下只係幾分鐘路程，夜晚出去散步好chill。
♨️ 配套設施
酒店有 4 間私人湯屋，唔使預約，見到冇人用就可以即入去浸。另外有大浴場，可以試下真正草津溫泉。最特別係酒店內有一架神秘自動販賣機，特定時間會免費提供飲品，仲有免費雪糕、牛奶、咖啡，住客可以隨時取用，幾貼心。
🛁 房間環境
房間新淨，空間感OK，設備齊全。露台風呂係一大加分位，夜晚浸湯聽住風聲，好放鬆，朝早一打開窗就見到雪景。床偏硬但正合我意瞓得超舒服，不過未必個個鍾意。
🍽️ 早餐
早餐正常發揮，款式唔算多，但夠飽。味道 OK，冇特別驚喜。如果對早餐有要求，可以出去湯畑嗰邊搵嘢食，選擇會多啲。
🛎️ 酒店服務
職員態度唔錯，基本上有需要幫手都會盡量處理。溝通上可能有少少偏差，但整體服務都有誠意，唔會話敷衍。免費飲品、宵夜服務真心係貼心位，感覺住客被照顧得幾好。
💗 入住體驗
夜晚自己浸私人風呂真係超正，完全唔使理其他人。去湯畑散步夜景幾靚，氣氛靜靜哋好舒服。自駕過嚟彈性超大，想幾時去幾時返自己話事。免費飲品、宵夜呢啲服務真心加分，成個住宿體驗好 chill，好適合放鬆休息。

SSRL13064Excellent service. I will give 10 out of 5 if I could.
There was a staff who rushed out to us and asked if we were going to stay at the Ryokan. Very helpful for lost travelers overwhelmed by the cold weather. Greeted us warmly when we arrived. Explained the important information to us as best as they could in English, which is perfectly fine.
Room was big. Decorated meticulously in the traditional Japanese style. Yukata and Obi provided added on to the immersive experience.
Dinner was exquisite. Dishes gave us a taste of what traditional Japanese cuisine was like. The food was sincere (didn’t feel like frozen / canned / ready made food), served and plated meticulously.
There were 2 onsens, indoor and outdoor. They were clean and spacious enough. Water (I believe) is from the hot spring nearby and was immensely therapeutic.
Ryokan was near the heart of the town and everything was within walking distance.
Kindly shuttled us to the bus terminal when we checked out (we didn’t have to wait for fixed timings) and carried our (heavy) luggage.
All in all, we enjoyed the one night stay very much and they set a high bar for Japanese hospitality.

WWON桑Se si desidera sperimentare un vero alloggio di stile tatami giapponese e camminare in yukata tradizionale, questa è una scelta grande. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino a tutte le fonti calde, e gli alloggi qui includono un ricchio pranzo e colazione. E 'molto consigliato per le famiglie o le coppie che viaggiano insieme. Lo consiglio molto!

UUtente ospiteOverall staying in this hotel was pleasant, and it was of great value considering the package had already included dinner and breakfast buffet.
Regarding location, it was a bit far from the bus terminal by walking. It took us about 15 minutes, as the route by Google was not quite correct. The main entrance of the hotel was up on a slope, which was not as easy as we were carrying luggage.
Remember to ask the front desk for the password of the back gate. It was a short cut route leading to the main shopping street and the Kusatsu Yubatake.
The room was pleasant and clean, a bit too basic. There was only a socket near the tv wall, not close to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient.
There was wide range of food in the buffet, with some interesting local dishes. Food was delicious. The hotel also offer free late night snack noodle, which worth trying too.

JJoycewee0206Considerando che l'hotel è un po' vecchio, le 3 stelle per la pulizia si riferiscono alla vecchia struttura del Guy Side Onsen. Non è ben tenuta e tutto sembra vecchio. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal terminal degli autobus e altri 5-6 minuti da Yubatake. Un punto bonus è il trasferimento gratuito da/per Daitokon con gli orari degli autobus molto precisi.
La camera è pulita, ma tieni presente che non è un hotel per non fumatori, quindi potresti sentire odore di sigaretta in camera. Fortunatamente, la nostra camera è buona.
Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno al Kusatsu Onsen Resort.

UUtente ospiteOttimo soggiorno! L'hotel può essere vecchio ma le strutture sono aggiornate e pulite. Il servizio dal personale è anche in generale buono. 7 minuti a piedi al parco Sainokaiwara attraverso il corte corto. È a 15 minuti a piedi da Yubatake e dovrai andare su una cortina per arrivare all'hotel, può essere stressante per coloro con bagagli. Ci è un autobus da e dall'hotel a Yubatake ogni ora, si prega di consultare la foto. Ci sono anche un autobus per la stazione ferroviaria Takasaki, quindi chiedete ai dipendenti i dettagli. La colazione in hotel è eccellente e molto domestica, in generale si è goduto del mio soggiorno qui e consigliere a amici di venire!
