Hotel in zona Bab Taghzout, Agadir-Ida-Ou Tanane Province

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Iris Bar at the opulent Fairmont Taghazout hotel and I must say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end The staff especially Wissal made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I arrived going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time Her genuine concern for her guests and her attention to detail really made a difference in my evening. The ambiance of Iris Bar is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the surroundings cozy seating, and a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere it is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a drink Speaking of drinks the bar's cocktail menu is extensive and They offer something to suit every palette, whether you are in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more daring Each drink was meticulously prepared overflowing with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.

This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

Perfetta vacanza per un sole invernale. Mio marito e io volevamo andare in vacanza con il nostro bambino di 4 mesi, e il Marocco sembrava la scelta migliore. Un sole invernale, ma non troppo caldo, e un tempo di volo abbastanza ragionevole. Questo hotel non era niente di meno di perfezione. Mi piaceva molto il yoga, mio marito godeva il surf, e i genitori di mio marito godevano lunghe passeggiate lungo la spiaggia. Il colazione era incluso e era assolutamente delizioso ogni giorno, soprattutto le uova. Anche il cibo servito nei bar e nei ristoranti in tutto il resort era delizioso. Devo dire che non pensavo molto alla zona circostante, quindi siamo rimasti per lo più all'interno dell'hotel. Abbiamo guidato anche a Tagazhout un giorno e sinceramente, lo darei una ragazza. La cena dell'hotel è deliziosa, come ho detto, ma piuttosto costosa, quindi spesso abbiamo cucinato nel nostro appartamento con prodotti provenienti da alcuni negozi locali. Grande di avere questa opzione. Una volta mangiato fuori dall'hotel, mia madre-in-law ha avuto avvelenamento alimentare. Vale la pena notare che non sono un grande fan dei gatti stravaganti intorno alla zona, ma sono per lo più tenuti dentro l'hotel – ma quelli nei ristoranti fuori l'hotel e nella città possono essere piuttosto persistenti, E questo è stato fatto per un'esperienza di cena inconfortabile che è un'altra ragione che mi sarebbe messo in piedi all'hotel. Il Spa era meraviglioso anche – Ho avuto anche un paio di trattamenti come nuova mamma. Mi sono accuratamente divertito, altamente raccomandato, andrebbe di nuovo.

Due persone e c'erano un asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo, stanza piena di formiche, acqua della doccia sempre fredda, la base della doccia che si riempiva subito a rischio inondazione del bagno, quella del lavandino fredda anch'essa e ne usciva pochissima, solo il bidet funzionava bene. Viene menzionato il minibar ma neanche l'ombra, neanche un piccolo frigobar. Faccio presente il tutto alla reception, nessun cambiamento. L'ultimo giorno chiamo il mio partner di viaggio per far presente il tutto e come per magia il pomeriggio arrivano gli altri asciugamani e la sera arriva l'acqua calda. Giro molto e so che quando ci sono disservizi l'hotel si muove per ”compensare” queste mancanze. La stanza era già pagata, non volevo soldi indietro, avevo chiesto, per chiudere la storia, se potevamo cenare in albergo, parlo con il ragazzo della reception (credo si chiami Shamir) e mi dice, dopo aver parlato con la cucina, che va bene. Chiedo qualcosa di scritto da presentare ma mi risponde che non serve perché ci ha parlato lui. Andiamo e dopo un po' i camerieri mi dicono che devo pagare e che non hanno nessuna comunicazione in merito, serve una carta scritta da parte della reception....Allibito. Salgo in reception con un cameriere e spiego il tutto, il ragazzo nega d'avermi detto che potevamo andare. 20 euro (prezzo della cena per due) sono pochi e non mi cambiano la vita, essere preso in giro passando per bugiardo non esiste, imparate il mestiere! Ho pagato e gliel'ho cantate, dicendo di vergognarsi. Lasciate stare, andate altrove, attenzione verso il cliente pari a zero.

Personale e dipendenti super cordiali! La posizione è imbattibile ad Agadir. A pochi minuti a piedi da tantissimi ristoranti, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e dai negozi, oltre a banche e bancomat ovunque. L'hotel vero e proprio è enorme e carino in uno stile molto antico e c'è un ristorante, un lounge e una piscina in loco. La mia unica lamentela è che il Wi-Fi funziona solo nella hall dell'hotel, quindi sappi che dovrai stare spesso con gli altri se hai bisogno di una buona connessione. C'è comunque molto spazio e posti a sedere sui divani nella hall. Semplicemente non avrai molta privacy se questo è importante per te per le chiamate, ecc. Nel complesso un soggiorno buono ed economico!

Hotel et personnel sympa malgré les désagréments à notre arrivée à cause de l’agence de réservation, je conseil fortement l’hôtel (aliment à améliorer , avec plus de plats traditionnels)

Il personale era molto gentile e accogliente. Le camere erano pulite. C'era un problema con il WiFi e mi hanno trasferito in una stanza diversa con un migliore WiFi. La velocità di Internet del WiFi non era molto grande, ma era ok. L'intercom non funzionava in entrambe le camere che ho soggiornato. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. E 'vicina alla spiaggia (a piedi). Per il tassista è stato difficile trovare l'hotel. I prezzi del cibo nel ristorante erano ragionevoli. Ma ci hanno voluto molto tempo per prepararsi.

La stanza è a posto. Poiché è un appartamento, il frigorifero (frigorifero + frigorifero) è grande, induzione, e c'è una cucina dove si può cucinare. La stanza era molto grande e la terrazza era buona, ma il bagno era piccolo e il bacino era piccolo, quindi era un po' deludente che lo spazio per i bagni fosse piccolo. La colazione non è disponibile separatamente e si deve pagare separatamente per utilizzare il bagno e lo sport. E non c'era nessun manuale nella stanza, quindi ho dovuto andare alla ricezione e chiedere informazioni per usare il servizio. Era un nuovo edificio, quindi era tutto pulito, ma c'erano alcuni medici che dovevano tornare a visitare.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.
