Hôtel confortable lit de bonne qualité, chambre fonctionnelle ont a eu un lavabo bouché ont a rapidement été dépanné le personnel est très discret , le seul hic est que notre chambre donne sur un terrain vague ou les taxi ce gare en masse et tard dans la nuit il y'a beaucoup de bruit d'éclat de voie et de claxonne. Par contre l'hôtel est bien situé a proximité du grand souk El had et environs 25/ 30 min a pieds de la plage .

Their room was big, the bed was comfortable with good AC, the bathroom was okay but the shower was a little tight for a big guy like me. In a good location, the staff were amazing and very welcoming at the front desk, special thanks to Mr.Abdelelah for helping me through the map, he was very helpful suggesting places inside and outside of Agadir to visit. Appreciated.

We booked a room in five days, everything was good, the staff were all good, especially the cleaners, they were more than great. We leave everything in the room as it is, so we felt very safe and calm. Thank you to the group. One thing I did not like is the swimming pool. Do not take care of it too much. The chairs are always dirty. The tables are also. Please pay attention to the pool and its cleanliness.

Mi trattano con così rispetto, sono utili e così amichevole. La mia stanza è sempre pronta anche quando arrivo al mattino. Finisco sempre con una grande stanza, con una bella bagno. La sala del cielo e la piscina sono anche grandi. Voglio solo la posizione. l'intero posto è sempre senza spot.

È la seconda volta che prenotiamo qui, la precedente era nell'aprile 2022. Si vede che stanno migliorando molto, si stanno impegnando per farti sentire a tuo agio, questa volta hanno risolto tutti i problemi che abbiamo avevo. Nella prima stanza che ci hanno assegnato non c'era il wifi, l'hotel era pieno, ma il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato. Abbiamo anche notato che hanno migliorato la colazione, frutta fresca tagliata, crepes appena fatte... In generale l'hotel è pulito, così come la piscina. Se dovessi tornare lo ripeterò senza dubbio.
