Nehir ve Cami manzaralı aile odamız, çok güzeldi. Özel Otoparkı yeterliydi. SPA'da fitness salonu, kapalı yüzme havuzu, sauna, buhar odası, sıcak su havuzu vb. çok temiz ve sıcak bir ortamdı. Kahvaltıda 9 çeşit zeytin vardı. Kaliteli ve yeterliydi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Ancak Otelin web sitesini çok zayıf buldum. SPA imkanları vb. imkanlarından yeterince bahsedilmiyor. Nehir kenarı fotosu çok cezbedici ama tanıtım fotoğraflarını çok az buldum.

Sürekli kaldığımız bir otelden yine çok memnun ayrılıyoruz.Kat görevlileri çok güler yuzluydu,restoran bölümünde misafir karsilamada bulun gizem hanım da öyle hepsini cok sevdim,garsonların ilgi alakası müthişti.Yalnız canlı müzik daha önceki senelere göre iyi değildi gelistirilmeli

We arrived as the school holiday was ending hence almost 400 people left a day after our arrival. Dinner after arrival was very good with massive amount of choice and good quality. We were impressed. All that positive view demolished starring from next morning. RESTAURANT: Breakfast choice was reduced but that want the problem. Looking at the cheese plates their colour was off. Cucumbers and tomatoes also had the same issue. When I asked the staff they said they prepared the plates previous night. It looked they were left without cover and possibly outside of the fridge. I have asked them to remove the plates as health and safety risk which they didn’t. You could see staff and managers talking in groups and staring at me which was very unprofessional. There were a lot of staff but not enough attention to customers. Empties were piling on tables but staff was only collecting them if they are called. Manager in charge of the dinner was just walking around and instructing staff to use less tissues etc. He wasn’t welcoming or talking to the customers. Only customer he chose to speak and pay special attention was a lady on a holiday with her elderly mum. This was very strange to observe. ROOM CLEANING: If we talk about the room cleaning there was not sufficient of it. Cleaning lady was getting into the room holding one cloth and was out in less than 5 mins. No hoovering, no cleaning of toilets, not wiping bathroom floors. The drains in the bathroom were smelling disgusting. We had to ask her to put bleach in the drains to get rid of the smell which took 2 days for her to do. You could see whatever you dropped on the floor staying there all during our stay. THERMAL POOLS: temperature and cleanliness of the pools were not great. I have been to other thermal hotels where the water temperature was adequate for expectations. But in this one hot pool was not hit enough to get the goodness we were after. There were 2 cool pools suppose to be at 28C which the staff admitted they were not. Staff told us they have told the management but nothing was being done. They advised us that we should talk to the management. Which we did but nothing has changed. My overall impression is that the management is not professional and not thinking about customer satisfaction. Although the hotel is currently very new looking as it is refurbished, I would think it will be smelly and old very soon with the cleaning regime in place. I would not choose to go there again as there are better hotels in the vicinity which I have been before where it was much better service for the same price

Prima di tutto, le camere erano perfette come facilità di utilizzo, prima il bagno era in grado di raggiungere la piscina con una porta separata, e di impedire che la vapore e il suono dell'acqua passassero da altri luoghi. Non posso commentare il ristorante perche' abbiamo fatto la nostra cena da soli per tre giorni, ma e' stata una vacanza molto confortevole e piacevole perché c'era una piscina in camera.

Viaggi familiari con due 1- e 6-year-olds Anche in inverno, la temperatura della piscina d'acqua calda all'interno era di 27 gradi (slide pool), 32 gradi, e jacuzzi, quindi ho avuto divertente giocare in acqua. La temperatura non era molto fredda per un bambino 1-year-old, e la piscina all'aperto era un po' troppo per un bambino, ma l'acqua era abbastanza per i bambini per giocare anche in inverno. Ho scelto metà tavola, ma se non siete turchi per il tè, il colazione e la cena, non c'è molto da mangiare. Tuttavia, è situato proprio nel centro commerciale, quindi se si cammina proprio fuori, ci sono ristoranti, quindi non credo che si aggiungere pasti la prossima volta che si ferma. Il club dei bambini è molto grande e pulito perché non è un tappeto.È buono per i bambini giovani giocare. Ci sono giochi dappertutto, così i bambini possono giocare bene. Il bagno in bagno è un po' stretto. In generale soddisfatto e buono per viaggiare in inverno.
